Booked this 5*hotel for my husbands birthday in April. On booking was offered the spring deal, which included a glass of prosecco on arrival, a 3 course evening meal in restaurant (booked for the Saturday evening). I wanted a room with the estuary view so paid extra for the room to be upgraded to an executive room. On arrival we...

Last week we got married at the Quay. The day was absolutely amazing, the hotel is stunning and the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The penthouse was amazing - the whirlpool bath, views and facilities in the room were just great and a massive treat for us. The only negative I can think of is that the breakfast...

Excellent stay. Room overlooking the Marina, spotlessly clean, beautiful view. Everything provided in the room that you would expect to find. Very comfy and large bed. Overwhelming choice at breakfast and all of good quality. We only dined in once and that was in the bar. Not a huge choice on the menu but adequate and tasty. Staff helpful but...

We booked a three night bed ad breakfast break as part of a trip around Wales. I am a wheelchair user and had phoned the hotel prior to booking to check that it had the facilities I needed. The highlight of this place is the position and if you can get a table facing the estuary it makes the visit all the more enjoyable. The food is ok, I would say it's 'trying too hard' with presentation and the furniture in the bar area is a bit tired. Good spa facilities and the main dining area is nice.
