Excellent from start to finish, lovely hotel, fabulous helpful staff, everything was perfect. Will definitely be returning. We got a deal of dinner b&b which was excellent value for money. Brilliant location with lots of things to do/see on your doorstep.

What a wonderful one night’s stay here. Every member of staff I came across was a credit to the hotel, making our stay feel special. A special mention to the wonderful room service lady who quickly alerted the receptionist that I had left a pair of earrings behind!! They were soon back in my possession… thank you so much!!

This was our 3rd visit to the Quays and it totally lived up to expectations. Firstly thanks to Katie,Aaron,Beck,Serisa and Breakfast staff and Bar staff what a team you make. We had an estuary room and wow the view was beautiful. The Sunsets were spectacular. Everything in the room was lovely and clean and nothing was out of place. We dined in the bar and in the restaurant during our 3 night stay. Couldnt fault anything, staff were very busy Sat night but we were looked after very well. The breakfast was well laid out and cooked to perfection. I had a Spa treatment and it was lovely, thanks Serisa - Pool was clean and warm although we did hear some people moan about how cold it was but we found it fine. A special thanks to Beck - she went the extra mile to help us. Please book this hotel you will not be dissapointed!

The hotel was beautiful but very cold! So the hotel itself looks absolutely beautiful and the staff are really lovely but there are a few things that really bothered us this visit. The first thing is how early everything closes , food stops at exactly 8:30 and there is no wiggle room, for example the first night we booked their latest table for 8:30, there were lots of road closures on our drive so we were going to end up being just 15 minutes late, we called up and were told that we would not be able to have food which was disappointing given we have a package that included food. Then there are the spa and leisure facilities, to start with the changing room is super old and looks really dingy and dirty which is so different from the rest of the hotel, the pool and steamroom also looks just as dingy and the steamroom is tiny with only a few seats (very claustrophobic) but what actually made the experience so awful was how cold everything was, when I went in there were spa guests standing around in their robes telling me to not bother with the pool because it was too cold to bear, I went in anyway. It was honestly the coldest pool ever, I'm a real water baby and am usually in a pool for at least 2 hours but it was so cold that I could only bear it for 15 mins and I came out shivering. The changing rooms were also so cold all I could bear to do was put on my dressing gown and run up to my room. This cold really did spread around the whole hotel. We had a booking for food on our second night and everyone was wearing their coats and shivering, we had to have blankets as well as our coats it was so cold and not one person in their was happy. All in all a lovely hotel with really nice staff but be aware that you will freeze so bring extra layers.

Booked on the Wednesday for the following weekend, looked initially at the Secret Escapes but got a better rate and room by booking direct with the hotel on a "2 Night Winter Dazzle Escape". Lovely large room overlooking the river, spotlessly clean , v big comfy bed, lots of tea + coffee machine, shower over bath which was not easy to get in and out of. We had 1 evening meal in the restaurant which we enjoyed, limited menu but food was tasty and adequate portions. Excellent cooked breakfasts. The staff were v friendly, efficient and happy to chat. Visited the pool one evening and it was clean but not v warm. Hotel is about 30 min walk from the castle and town, has a large, free car park and super views over the water. We had a really enjoyable weekend, would recommend here and will revisit. Many thanks to all the staff.

We had a fabulous few days away. Hotel clean, high quality. Rooms, comfortable, clean with ample room. Staff, extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly. Amazing service! The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the north of wales. Spa, relaxing and well kept. Only area that would of made it better would of been spa beds in spa area. We had 2 treatments, hot stone massage and a Swedish full body massage, both were amazing and good value . The ladies in the spa were professional and made my husband feel very comfortable as it was only his 2nd massage. Will be booking again to continue exploring north wales. Highly recommend! If you want a high quality hotel and enjoy being pampered , the quay hotel and spa is for you!
