Husband and I visited yesterday for a spa day which was fantastic, couldn't fault the service, lunch or the facilities hence why this was my 2nd trip to Norton Park. However, we decided to end our day with afternoon tea as it's one of our favourite treats. I have to say we were both disappointed with the quality of the...

Spent a 4 night Christmas at this lovely hotel. The staff were very efficient and charming and ensured we had a great time. The rooms are well appointed and very clean and the food was fabulous. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds which afford interesting walks. The only negative and the reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is...

Myself and my husband stayed at this hotel on Saturday night as we were attending a party in Andover and couldn't get a hotel in the town. Check in was quick and friendly and the room was warm and clean. The bed was huge but a bit springy and bouncy... ive Def been in better beds in 4* hotels. The...

My wife and I spent Christmas 2016 at Norton Park. It offered a country setting well away from noise of town but quick and easy access to Winchester. The large parkland style grounds offered plenty of opportunity to walk off the excesses of Christmas fayre! The woodland walk around the grounds(50+ acres) added to the pleasure of our stay. The...

I was in the area for a sporting event, so this venue was where the organisers had booked an evening meal, bed and breakfast as part of the event, so it wasn't somewhere I went by 'choice'. What a brilliant place it is!! The room was very comfortable, spacious with nice TV, iron, tea and coffee. Very comfortable bed, great...

Stayed at Norton Park Hotel for 3 nights New Years 2016. Lovely clean rooms, staff from bottom to the top were very well trained and very good at there jobs. We enjoyed every meal we had, especially New Years eve, very well organised, welcomed by a champagne reception and the food, jazz band and disco was very good. Also the...

A decent hotel for a business trip. It's not going to blow you away but it will do the job. Food was average which brings the rating down a bit but overall it deserves more than average. Room was a decent size but not huge!

If you like queueing this is the hotel for you. We queued for the cream tea and we queued for breakfast. Overcooked eggs and under cooked bacon. The New Years eve dinner was okay, but the 5 course menu included a cheese board. When it arrived the cheese portions were tiny with a piece of cheddar the size of a...

I am sorry for the shortfalls you encountered. As with most hotels, our festive period is a very busy time, but the feedback from our Christmas and New Years packages has been overwhelmingly positive, so it is disappointing to hear that this was not your experience. I hope we can welcome you back and restore your faith in us in...

We stayed at the Norton Park for a 2-night weekend break in November. The hotel is reached via a very long winding driveway from the main road. We were greeted by warm and friendly reception staff and given the card to our room. The hotel was as you'd expect from a quality hotel - crisp white bed linen, comfortable bed,...
