I would highly recommend this accommodation, I stayed here from March 2014 to January 2015 whilst working in Yate. I enjoyed the relaxed and friendly environment and the lovely breakfasts. I treated it like I would my own home, it has a kitchen area with microwave, kettle and fridge with free tea, coffee, milk and biscuits too. Andy and Lorraine...

Made a last minute booking in early April 2014 to attend a family funeral in the area. Lorraine was extremely helpful in managing my booking which involved her shuffling rooms (thanks to the other guest who moved to accommodate). Was only there for one night but was delighted by the room, the lovely breakfast, the first class facilities and the...

Everything you possibly need, even a kitchen and dinning area to prepare and make food in the evenings. Spotlessly clean with very friendly hosts who make you feel welcome. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

This bed and breakfast is excellent ! You have your own kitchen and dinning room and they even provide a fridge with milk/orange juice to help yourself. It was sooooo clean even if you do the `find the dust ` finger trick there isn`t any ! The hosts are lovely and friendly and make you feel really welcome. A brilliant...

Lorraine and Andy were excellent hosts and made us feel very comfortable. Very clean house and room and comfortable bed. Cooked breakfast at 7:30am to 8:00am might be a little early, but is absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

This was the first time I have stayed away from home in many years for such a long period, ( April to June 2012). Lorraine & Andy made me feel at home and welcome. Over the 8 weeks I stayed in both double rooms and they are very good. Although on a main road don't let it put you off,...

Lorraine and Andy made me feel at home particularly as I was in a new place training for a new job and didn't know anyone! They were very friendly, my room was very comfortable and the bed was huge and I slept a treat! Breakfast was great (Lorraine makes lovely poached egg on toast). If I'm back in Yate I...
