If you are looking for budget accommodation in the Yate area you will not do better than England's. I am a frequent visitor and rooms are always spotlessly clean and breakfasts are delicious and well presented. Jan and Roy are very welcoming. Plenty of parking in beautiful rear garden.

Jan and Roy make their guests feel like part of the family and run an excellent guest house. lovely hotel - very smart with modern styling, comfy bed and really friendly welcome.
