Nice jewel in el castillo very hotel with incredible views to the lake and the volcano, We had one of the bungalows big enough for the family, Th view is juts amazing and very clean rooms, We oved this hotel.

It is a quite hotel with very nice bungalows, The view from all the property not only from the rooms, Is fantastic the arenal volcano and the lake are just beautiful, there is a very nice restaurant on side for breakfast and other meals.

We had one of the junior suites located on the second floor, The view from the rooms was something else, actually the is a fine view from all the property , Breakfast was delicious and the front desk was very nice arranging activities for us.

High scenic views, rooms were a comfortable size, bed was mediocre but suitable. Staff were very polite, and the fusion pizza from the restaurant was excellent. Had a breakfast option, and it was a nice menu to choose from. Laundry was $5/kg wash & fold, so good choice as they are 30 mins from La Fortuna. Wifi was spotty to almost nonexistent in the room, but lobby/restaurant /deck was okay. The guard dogs were very receptive to guests also.

First, Daniella, the girl at the front desk, was very helpful from the beginning by answering all of the questions that I had for her, via emails. Fermin, the hotel manager, actually picked us up at the airport and took us on the 3 hour trip to the hotel, stopping at a restaurant for us to grap a bite. Fermin & Daniella really took care of us the whole week by setting up our adventures and transportation, sometimes taking us themselves. Daniella surprised me by decorating our room (we had a Junior Suite) for my birthday. The restaurant, Fusion, was very good, as was our favorite waiter, Jordy. We had breakfast every day and dinner most nights, our favorite menu item being the Jalapeno Steak (delicious). The Junior Suite was perfect (only complaint was the dogs barking across the…

Lovely views and nice clean rooms, El castillo is about 15 miles from la fortuna, The road is on very nice conditions, We did it easily with a regular car, There are many things to do in the area, The sky park is just a few minutes off the Hotel
