We stayed here in Feb 2013. Having taken the bus from KK. we were collected from Sepilok Roundabout by the staff, taken back to this little Oasis in the Rainforest. Only small, but the people are lovely. they run a free shuttle to and from Sepilok Orang utan sanctuary. they will also arrange other trips. Labuk Probiscus monkey sanctuary not...

This place was just lovely. Nestled in the jungle, the rooms are all cosy huts with stunning views (especially from the shower!) the staff were all very friendly. They offered free transport to/from Sepilok Orangutan Sanctuary. The food was nice and it had free water.

This place had everything going for it. Beautiful rooms, decent price, great staff and lovely grounds. The only reason it is not a 5 is because of the food. There is a preset menu that you choose from every day for your dinner. The food was not that good or plentiful. Breakfast was included and came out cold. Since we...

During my trip to Malaysia, I have spent a few days in this jungle resort. I thought it was a wonderful oasis. The outdoor shower overlooking the jungle, the wok as a sink and the chalets on stilts make sure you really get into another world. There was also enough vegetarian food available at a reasonable price. From here I...

We stayed three nights here in mid March. Communication via email before was very prompt and helpful, with them organising us a taxi from the airport. This is a little isolated and about 20 - 30 mins from the airport. We loved it! It is quiet and serene, and our ridge hut opened onto the jungle. They offer a free...

We were recommended to this little retreat by a handful of friends and we weren't disappointed. As the saying goes "you get what you see on the packet". The whole staff are very obliging and its a wonderful place to stop and reflect. The chalets are quaint (although they can be hot when closed up all day) and its lovely...

I'm a little late in writing this review but as the saying goes, better late than never! My partner and I stayed here for a few nights back in September as part of a two and a half week trip we had organised to travel around Malaysia. The idea of rainforest/treetop accommodation (and we are no hippies!) appealed and we...

They built an extention , not really welldone , and since then the quality started to decrease .The menu changed .They reduce the choice and the quantity become smaller , The surrounding of the reception and the restaurant need to...

Stayed here in June 2012. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Located close to the Orangutans and I'd recommend staying in Sepilok over Sandakan. The rooms were basic but nice. We booked a Duplex stilt hut as there were 3 of us but would've been better if there was a mosquito net over the double bunk in the room...

Great place to relax. Secluded location, comfortable. Free shuttle service is wonderful. Staff are friendly and helpful. Though they could have given a bit better advice regarding the bus to Kota Kinabalu. Food was good but portions were a bit small and sometimes will be out of things if you don't preorder your lunch or dinner. Good free breakfast.
