A very comfortable resort with separate cabins situated around a small lake. Rooms were comfortable, the food was great (although the pleasant serving staff could use a bit of training), and the orangutang sanctuary was within easy walking distance. If you get a chance to take the guided drive to the proboscis monkey sanctuary, our group thought this was another...

I did not want to leave. The chalet style rooms are spacious, lovely, clean and comfortable set around a small lake. The restaurant offers a decent buffet breakfast and some interesting fusion evening options to enjoy overlooking the water. Great for watching eagles while you eat. The Rainforest Discovery Centre and other attractions are within walking distance offering great access...

We stayed at this lovely resort for 2 nights. The rooms are all you can ask for: quality bedding, good aircon and in lovely tropical surroundings. One restaurant/bar which is covered but open on the sides so no aircon. Food generally good. It is a 5 min walk to the Orangutan and sun bear sanctuaries, both which are excellent. The...

Just returned from our stay here, and I couldn't have asked for a better hotel! The staff were amazing, couldn't do enough for you. We didn't do any tours booked through the resort but there were plenty of options if we wanted to. The orangutan sanctuary is a 5 minute walk, as is the sun bear conservation centre. The grounds...

Nicely set in lush, tropical gardens, around a small lake, there are 23 chalets. All pretty private, set on angles and with small outdoor seating and hammocks. Good beds but rockhard pillows, good bathroom and malasyan TV. Wifi around reception. All rooms have ceilingfans and industrialstrength AC. The AC is just by the beds, so you will get cold. Breakfast is...

We stayed here for visiting the Orangutans and had a great stay! We did a 2 day package which includes Orangutans, Sun Bears and Proboscis monkeys - the whole thing was really well organised. THe animals were amazing and well worth the effort to get to Sepilok. We flew in and out from KL. The breakfast was ok, but the...

If you want to be able to wander out of your hotel and visit the orang utans then you've come to the right place. Nice individual bungalows set around around a lake with plenty of lush jungle all around. An excellent restaurant serving great coffee (for a price), plenty of on duty staff. Some really nice recycled decorative touches around...

If you love wildlife and enjoy staying in lodges within the jungle, then this is the place for you. Just next door to the Orangutan rehabilitation centre and the Sun Bear centre, how good does it get. The lodges are well equipped, the bathroom was modern and the bed was large and very comfortable. The staff are helpful and the food...

We really enjoyed this hotel, its a five minute stroll to Orangutans out the hotel door and right or a 15 min stroll to the Rain forest discovery centre out the door turn left. Hotel is improving itself by building a pool which should be really cool. The service was good.. slightly unprofessional at times and think they could improve...
