From the moment we pulled into the drive Lizzie made us feel welcome with a big smile and a wicked sense of humour. The suite we stayed in was in an a outbuilding with its own little patio and table and chairs overlooking the very pretty garden. It was absolutely gorgeous inside and spotlessly clean, bright and fresh. The bed...

I was specifically looking for a quiet place to rest and explore the New Forest National Park and Newton Farmhouse turned out to be the perfect place to do that. Set on the cusp of the National Park, Newton is in a great location, not only to explore the forest but also to visit many of the other sites close...

After a reasonable amount of online research I decided to stay at David & Lizzie's B&B Farmhouse for three nights while exploring the surrounding area with my son (13). It is ideally situated just on/off the A36 for travelling. Their hospitality was first class and we were made to feel like part of their family, which includes, 3 dogs (in...

The breakfast was superb. Information on things to do places to visit were readily available. There was a good leaflet on local pubs and restaurants with directions...

We stayed at the Newton Farmhouse for one night last minute and could not be happier with our choice of accommodation! The room was absolutely immaculate, with lots of lovely added details, like dominos, bubble bath and fresh daffodils on the windowsill. Lizzie and David were very welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked...

My boyfriend and I stayed over for one night in February. David and Lizzie were very friendly and brilliant hosts. We were given maps and a guide to the local area, which were very helpful and meant we found great pubs, restaurants and walks. Breakfast was brilliant - would definitely stay again. The three dogs - Poppy, Twiggy and Mac...

We have stayed here many times as we love the New Forest and Newton Farmhouse is very convenient, plus David and Lizzie provide such a friendly welcome, comfortable stay, and delicious freshly cooked breakfast (plus lots of fresh choices - berries etc) that we have never looked elsewhere! We tend to stay in the gloomier months when we need a...
