Kwara is a camp. You sleep in a tent, albeit a very nice tent with a king bed. The walls are canvas and the floor are wooden slats. This camp experience may be too rustic for all travelers If you like the camp experience you will enjoy Kwara. We got tired of the dust. The staff does take care of...

This was the best bit of our long holiday. Kwando Safari offered us the best deal by far as they were the only ones willing to give us a discount for kids. They arranged our flights as well. I cannot compare to other lodges but this one was in a beautiful location, the staff were super friendly and our guides...

This was our third and final camp. Each was different and each wonderful. Another successful pick by African Travel Resource. The tents, really rooms with canvas walls on stilts, were specious and the outdoor shower fun. I felt a little like the Swiss Family Robinson. The staff was gracious and skilled, the open air dining room was charming. The food...

Stayed here two nights. Arrived after a 90 minute flight from Kasane, with a warm welcome from the staff. Tent was good -- the only thing we could have asked for was a fan (it was December and very hot!). That said, we survived. Bathroom was ok -- though beware of the very slippery shower. All of the staff were...

Kwara Camp is located in front of a pond full of hippos. Birds, insects, mammals. Everywhere you look you see a wild animal. It is completely forbidden to walk without a guide when it is dark, to avoid an unwanted encounter with these giants. The place is simple but sophisticated and the entire staff is very attentive and friendly!

Kwara Camp is a bit tired as others have said but it is still a very enjoyable camp. The location is great, the staff excellent, the game viewing superb. From wild dogs to leopards and cheetahs it has it all. The camp is not fenced off so we were fortunate to see an elephant come through the camp one morning,...

Was at Kwara for 3 days. Guides/Tracker were Tom and T-bone. Also went out with guide Josiah. I found them to the most professional I have ever met (my prior safari experience includes East Africa). The highlight was watching a solitary female lion track, stalk, and hunt some baby giraffes. Our guide Tom was clearly in the right positions for...

Amazing wildlife at this concession. The rooms are rustic but we knew that prior to booking and we enjoyed a more natural experience. The staff were the biggest let down here. Everyone felt like they were forced to be there. No one went out of their way to be friendly. We even overheard some of the staff making fun of...

Our 1st camp of a trip through Botswana and it did not disappoint at all. We loved the accommodation, simple, but the bed was very comfortable, there was plenty of hot water and drinking water was always available. The meals times and variety of food was great and plentiful. We spent our down time sitting up in the tree house...

The camp was as we expected, a bit tired and in need of updating. The tents had lovely views with comfortable beds and were clean and tidy. The outside shower area was screened but there were numerous gaps of approximately 1-2 inches and there was a path running behind these screens. We enjoyed the food which was tasty, fresh and...
