Sven and Ester are doing an amazing job on Bunaken Island. Sven runs a very reliable dive school and is friendly and helpful. The reef is spectacular. The corals almost undamaged, so if you like diving or snorkling you must go here. Also the bungalows are nice furnitured and we had seaview. We slept in a newer bungalow which was...

To avoid any confusion there are two “Panorama” establishments on Bunaken Island. One is the Panorama Cottages and the other the Panorama Diving Resort. Located between them is the Bunaken Island Resort. Bunaken is a car free island, there are tracks and a little 'official' road which is concrete covered and about 1.5 meters wide. The only transport methods available...

The positive aspects of Panorama: -The food (especially the vegetarian food) is excellent -Easy access to great snorkeling and dive sites -The staff are friendly and helpful. They were flexible about helping me practice diving and organized fun activities. The negative aspects of Panorama: -Poor communication, especially regarding pick-up from Manado...many of my texts to Ester went unanswered, and while...

Dear L5234ZA! Panorama Dive Resort does not keep any endangered wild life!!! It's not fair if you lie about our place!!! Panorama 1 has different owners and we in Panorama 2 have not always influence on what they are doing. The owner from Panorama 1 rescued this animal from the market were local people wanted to sell it to some...

My friends and I stayed here for 1 week to complete our Open Water Diver, and we had the BEST time!! The bungalows we had were basic, but absolutely sufficient and clean. The food, omg, we all loved it - especially me, since they prepared extra food for me (being a vegetarian). The whole crew is just so lovely and...

We were a group of friends who had a five days Open Water Course at Panorama Diving Resort. The course, led by Sven, was simply perfect. Our safety was very important to him and we took as much time as necessary to learn one skill after the other without rushing though. Gear was checked constantly and we received constant advice....

We were really, really disappointed with our stay at Panorama Diving Resort. We wanted to spend some nice days on the Bunaken, but checked out after the first night because we had a horrible experience with the owner, Esther. To make a long story short: the arranged pick up from Manado to the island (where her reosrt is) did not...

I stayed in Panorama for 4 nights in their standard room. The room is pretty basic, there is a big bed with net, fan, shower and toilet (manual flush). It is worth for the price paid, which is inclusive of very delicious breakfast, lunch & dinner. Strong WIFI is available at the public areas. What I like most about this...

The rooms of Panorama were basic but cheap. The food was the best. Every lunch and dinner we ate on a long table with everybody together. I have some mixed feelings about the two dives I did. The equipement was not checked that good, my breathinggear was broken. The guides can show you nice things but didn't take that much...

Dear Milou, I'm very sorry but this is not correct if you write about breathing gear, if your depth gauge was not working well. We use balanced regulators from a brand which is one of the best on the market and the depth gauge is not effecting other parts of the regulator. I always do the service regular and if...

We stayed here for the superb diving and snorkelling. There are steep steps up from the beach to the resort. We stayed in the newest room, room 1. It had good quality furnishings, including a comfortable king size bed. The large ensuite had hot shower, flushing toilet and wash basin. There was a verandah where we could sit and watch...
