Stayed there for a night in March with my extended family. Rooms were spacious and well kept, even though some of the furniture require repairing or replacement. The sea view from the balcony was fabulous and is a major plus. Food, though vegetarian, was good. By being next to the main temple, the location is a a major advantage.

Hotel RNS Residency is situated near Shiva Statue Temple. Location is superb. Take Seaside Balcony Room to enjoy and feel Sea waves noise & fresh air. Also have Swimming Pool. Very good varieties in complimentary breakfast. Quite improvement in amenities, but highly recommend this hotel to stay.

Excellent view from hotel if you get a balcony with sea view and food was also good. Only VEG food is served here. Temple is at 2 min walking distance. Furniture is old but considering location of the Hotel and proximity to temple and beach everything else can be ignored.

Hpotel is unsafe, faced electric short circuit, door lock broken, unfriendly staff, laid back attitude, not catering to customer request. Front office Manager Mr. Santosh extremely rude, refused us to talk to duty manager despite request. Written complain lodged with no consequences.
