A lovely b&b and a warm welcome from Dorothy! We stayed for one night and had a very spacious twin room that looked out onto a breathtaking view! Breakfast was generous and delicious, and Dorothy also had excellent recommendations for dinner.

Amazing view from the rooms. Cosy common area and very nice part wooden interior makes it look exactly as you would imagine and hope for a genuine Scottish B&B to look like. On top of this the hosts are really kind people and they are happy to answer any question, give advice and feed you a nice big breakfast to...

Very nice, modern B&B with larger than usual room, 2 chairs. Great view of the sea and offshore islands. Quiet, comfortable, excellent breakfast.Very friendly and helpful hostess. Good location just east of the main road junction on Skye (A87 & A851), surprisingly easy to find. One of the top 2 of 13 places we stayed on this trip.

Comfortable accommodation just outside Broadford. Mrs McCleod runs a very comfortable B&B, with a superb breakfast (how does she do her porridge?) Well off the beaten track but close enough for it not to matter. Wonderful views across the Minche to the mainland with bunnies on the lawn. Loved it!

I loved being here a charming B& B; received a warm welcome from Dorothy when I arrived, my en suite room was well appointed and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and the towels fluffy. My room faced the back of the property and it was very green and quiet. I liked everything about this B & B,...

Had to call Charlotte because the GPS didn't recognize the address, but she was wonderful in guiding us in as well as accommodating our late evening arrival and desire for an early start. Location very convenient to the Skye Bridge just off the main road to Portee. Very well appointed comfortable room with a view that was to die for....

We had a lovely one night stay in a ground floor bedroom. The views were fantastic. Breakfast was great as was the overall stay. You do need a car to go to the shop or for lunch and dinner. You could walk to one restaurant on the main road. We chose to drive into Broadford where there is plenty of...

Stayed 5 nights during sea kayak course. Lovely welcome, very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast choice to be enjoyed in dining room/lounge area with at least 180 degree views of the scenery. Even by Skye standards the views from the house are stunning. Friendly, relaxed and helpful hosts.

I visited Skye with friends on a weekend nature escapade. All B&Bs in Portree being booked, we went for Breakish and Ruisgarry, and this turned out to be the most excellent choice! The view is stunning! The sunset seen from our room was magnificent! Being there during some of the longest days of the year was a treat. This is...

This was a first time trip abroad and to Scotland for my mom and I. We stayed all week at Ruisgarry, and couldn't have had a better experience. Dorothy and her husband made us feel so welcome that we felt like family by the end of the week. The view from the front of the house was amazing, and we...
