Best place to eat and stay in Naggar.
Rooms are comfortable with balconies that have amazing views of the Kullu valley and the Himalayan ranges beyond
Really enjoyed the food here. Both at the rooftop restaurant (again with a great view) and the Wool Cafe where you have the option to sit in the open-air terrace and watch the street life in Naggar. Or pick up one of the books lying around and read in peace.
They serve very decent North Indian fare but our favourite was the fresh Himalayan Trout, the crispy onion rings and the four-cheese thin crust pizza. We just kept coming back to the pizza again and again. We have not had better quattro formaggi pizza in any of the fancy places in the Indian metros.
The coffee is godsend and there is a nice selection of cakes and desserts to go with it.
The staff is very courteous and helpful, and the owners very friendly. There is a shop attached to the Hotel which sells some very fine quality Kullu shawls and caps, and some other local art and crafts.

I love coming to this cafe. The menu is extensive with plenty of choices for all palates. I particularly like their bakery. Wide selection pf freshly baked cakes, and breads. Also the best americano coffee in town. When in Naggar, don't miss this place!

Only nece people you may see in this cosy place, people who are always ready to help, ready to explain everything to you, very hospitable and responsible whatever you may need.. The rooms are light and convenient with the admirable mountain view., everything reminds those Alpine family guesthouses. Downstairs there is a big hall for yoga, which we used successfully...

We have spent four nights; the hotel location is poor in comparison to other hotels having much better mountains view; the food is average with very limited varieties & missing the Trout fish plat which is available in most of the other hotels. We went for 5 days trip to Spiti & Lahaul; Abi (one of the owners) was with us as a guide but he was lacking of information which led sometimes to dangerous situations.

Although I didn't actually STAY here, it was home base during a 2-week seminar in Naggar as they provided the seminar space and daily meals. I did see a few of the rooms and they were comfortable and clean.
Adi and Abi are the consummate hosts, they took care of the needs of 50+ people in any and every way as was requested. For many of us on our first trip to India, their kindness and consideration made us feel totally at home. The food they served was consistently good - I would come next door and have their breakfast, rather than at the hotel where I was lodging - and they were the only place in town to offer Wifi.
Staying in Naggar is a delight - it's perched against the mountains, a steep drive up from the valley floor - and is quiet, picturesque and friendly. I look forward to getting back, and would definitely want to stay here next time!

From the coffee to the bakery (try vanilla coconut cake) with splendid views the cafe is a must try... I've always had people customize my coffee in India for me to make it perfect, i forgot to give my instructions and to my amazement they made an out of the world coffee. Must visit

When you in Naggar and are looking for a place to have lunch - walk in here . The freshness of the food , the service and prices will delight you . The basic food is mostly all North Indian but most delicious . Please ask for the amount of the chillies you like - they have tendency to cook curries which are too spicy . A must eat place .

We were staying in the hotel Naggar Delight for our yoga retreat during the whole month in June 2016. There was unforgettable experience. Location of the hotel is very convenient, next to main Naggar attractions. The service was incredible. Hosts were taking great care about all our needs. Restaurant always provided excellent meals. I recommend this adorable hotel for your trips.
