The view is spectacular.it is also walking distance from the art gallery.A peaceful retreat nestled in the hills. Local food is tasty and a must try.It has an old construction style done with rocks and logs .Unique and a good place to stay

The rooms have beautiful view outside. They are refreshing and rejuvenating. You don't feel like coming back frm there. It gives such peaceful mind and the silent and calm snow covered mountains you can watch them by sitting outside your room for hours. Great place to visit.

If you are looking for modern luxury then this is not the Hotel for you. (Although WiFi was very good). But this heritage Hotel is a beautiful original castle with an old world atmosphere. Beautiful location with fantastic views. Staff were very friendly and helpful and had a good restaurant.

The tourism industry has exploded in Manali. About 10kms before Manali, the hotels begin, and do not stop. The entire Manali is filled with hotels, and seems like a messy place to stay in. My friend in Dharamshala had warned me about this earlier, and suggested that I stay in Naggar town, about 20kms from Manali. A great suggestion, and...
