My stay in Heritage Satikva Resort was fabulous. This resort is beautifully built up in local style which gives you the feel of hills and the best part is its location, as its not very far from the city centre and the scenery around the resort is breath-taking. Rare view of pine forest on one side of the road and open valley view in front of the resort ….is what one looks for. Morning breakfast with chirping of birds, little chill in the freshness of air, smiling staff, superb hospitality, nice food, no doubt makes your stay amazing. Strongly recommend this resort if you have any plans for Manali.

Never book this overly priced hotel which lacks basic amenities and staff courtesy. Restaurant serves pathetic quality food with absolutely no taste. On asking for mineral water bottles, they give option to serve the water in a bathing bucket just to avoid multiple rounds to the room. For everything you ask, they have a same answer that it cannot be done. Ms.Sonia and the entire pahadi staff is useless and doesn’t know how to run a hotel It’s a west facing property where there us no sunlight. No lift service . No bonfire(paid also). No permission to drink alcohol in the open. It is more like a gurukul rather a hotel

We would like to highlight that two mineral water are served complimentary in the room and extra bottles can always be ordered from restaurant. Bonfire in the garden restaurant is done on fixed days of week, We have Tavern Bar catering to your requirement of alcohol. Being a 4 Star property we are required to maintain decorum in the open spaces, for the comfort of all guests.

The location and the resort is awesome but unfortunately cannot be said the same for the staff. The restaurant staff especially and the manager who are in the front desk are extremely lazy. They are very unresponsive on phone . They don’t see if rooms are cleaned if towels and Bedsheet needs to be changed. They do not even bother if the guest are getting their complimentary water bottle coffee sugar in the rooms.
If taken care this place will be much better place to stay. Only if the management pays a little extra notice.

If you guys want to have a real feel of beauty of Manali with a comfortable at affordable price, then Heritage Satikva Resort is the only address. Beautiful interiors with soft spoken staff, superb hospitality, neat and clean rooms and surrounding and abive all delicious food. Family Vacation in Manali Heritage Satikva Resort! While we have spent many vacations in mountains, for the first time our entire family went to Manali for the first time. We were thoroughly enchanted. The Hotel Heritage Satikva Resort offered wonderful hospitality. The rooms and lobby were lovely. The big terraced lawns offered many options for those family members that do not want sightseeing and a welcome relax for those who do. As lovely as the facilities are, the most remarkable was how warm, friendly and attentive everyone was. We noticed the decided warmth and professional service not only in the hotel but throughout the resort. It was one of our best family vacations ever and we are planning on returning next year!
