On arrival we were greeted by 2 very helpful men , considering it was 4AM they were extremely accomodating. They got us checked in quickly and advised us of soup on the lower level if we were hungry.
First impressions of the hotel were very positive, the people there seemed to be very helpful, the barmen smiled and made jokes and the entertainment team were funny. As the days rolled on , the barmen seemed different, and i can only put this down to the fact that i hadn't tipped them, no eye contact when serving, no jokes , and no smiles, bearing in mind i always am polite. It was silly on their part really because i like to tip consistent good service to the outlier ms at the end so their loss.
The pools are nice, slides are fun too, nothing negative to say about them really, just not enough slides would be my only gripe. Music around the main pool is extremely loud , perfect if you want to party all day but no so good if you like to relax a bit.
Rooms were spotless on arrival and the decor is lovely, shower is hot too. Cleaners lacked a bit with towels only changed once in the week , when it should be every other day.
Entertainment team were very good , so far we've only seen one show , but it was pretty rubbish really, and I'm usually easily please so take that how you will.
A nice touch here is the bowling , and it's only 4 euro per person per game which as it goes isn't too bad, 3 pool tables which are 4 euro per hour , table tennis, and a games room.
I'll make a small point about the gym as I'm aware many don't use them , especially on holiday. But this here is definitely the worst gym I've ever seen , it has a treadmill that doesn't work 1 bench, with only a couple plates and 1 dumbell, that is it.
The food is pretty repetative here , and seems to be more tailored for the Eastern European people, we ate , but I wouldn't say it was very much enjoyed. The cakes were pretty good though.
I would never go back to the same hotel anyway, but if i did, I wouldn't come back here, just doesn't stand out at all unfortunately and the local beach is extremely poor too.

We arrived from the UK at 6.30 am, we were told check in was at 2pm,if we wanted to check in early it would be 10euro per hour per room,they happily told us we could use the lobby to wait the 7.5 hours,with no wristband, so no food drinks even water,obviously we paid over£200 as we had 3 rooms with 5 adults 4 kids. As it is advertised as a 5star Hotel you would assume customer service would be paramount, as after paying we were shown straight to our rooms ,so obviously empty and ready,they just wanted to make some extra money out of their guests.
Wifi is 2euro a day and worked well,ice creams from 1euro, which again has been free in any other hotel I have been to in Turkey,and most other places in the world. Food was always,Always cold,when I went to close the lids,I was told no,by one of the waiters ?? I have still given it a 3 as the pools,grounds inside and out ,and rooms are clean ,my son his partner and the grandkids really enjoyed themselves after the checking in debacle, I just really wanted people to be aware of the extra charges when booking flights from the UK so you don't find this out when you get there

First of all like most I read through reviews before arriving at Senza in Alanya, and was abit apprehensive about our trip, but we needn't have worried we had the most amazing family holiday , there was 5 of us all together in the family duplex, there was a put up bed in the room which we didn't require but was a lovely thought considering how many of us there were!! We saw cleaners every day and they were there constantly cleaning stairways corridors and rooms, nothing was too much trouble there was a language barrier but most understood a little english. The pools are great so lovely when you have been basking in the nearly 30 degree temperatures in October!! The water slides were brilliant very fun and not much queuing, there is a wonderful lady at the aqua park whom makes bread with cheese, vegetables and cinnamon, a must try if you're there! Overall the staff are very friendly we had found and again nothing was too much trouble, there is a brilliant sports bar a stone's throw from Senza hotel called RUZGAR, again the staff are very friendly and beautiful food kudos to the chef he is brilliant at what he does, we ate there a few times despite being all inclusive as food was ok at hotel but managed to find something to eat for everyone! Also a massive shoht out to the entertainment team, Max ( Amazing), Blacky, Mollie(lovely british girl) to name a few always something on around the pools getting guests involved and went the extra mile to make your holiday and make you feel comfortable, the dj also brilliant and the main man for entertainment was all so lovely, would highly recommend a trip to Senza , the holiday is what you make it and everyone has different expectations I suppose, to note although ultra all inclusive, you do pay for wife which isnt the greatest but manageable, drinks included in inclusive are in plastic cups anything bottled is extra but plenty if choice, there is also a restuarant in the hotel for pizza and burgers which are delicious. The excursions and guides are also brilliant and friendly a massive shout out to Ahmet who was very welcoming and informed us of the area and any issues with the hotel you can inform him, this is dealt with, overall it is a brilliant family hotel atmosphere with lots to do and beautiful weather and people, would 100% recommend

First time to Turkey and definitely the last . From the offset our holiday went downhill . Waited for our shuttle for over an hour with three children . The shuttle driver spoke minimal English and was rude . This is not an English standard 5* hotel ! Got to the hotel - there was a charge for the wifi for each device , safe and ice cream . Have not experienced this in any other fully inclusive holiday . All the staff spoke minimal English , they were very rude , muttered under their breath . They just weren’t helpful or accommodating in any way . We were 2 adults and 3 children , they gave us a room with one bed less , when complained they said all rooms were booked ! The rooms are very dirty . The cleaning staff enter your room to empty the bins even though you have the “do not disturb “ light on . They treat euros and pounds as the same so please if you go to Turkey use their currency Lira. Hotel do not use the air conditioning in the hotel to save money I guess . The public toilet lights turn off very frequently literally in seconds and you will be sitting in the dark waving your hands around . There are no English tv channels . The music is played very loud at 10am through until 12 am at various block times . This is a Russian hotel , staff speak very little English unless they your money otherwise they will say “no English” and not bother with you .No etiquette. They don’t make omelettes, the pizza is great ! Our flight was delayed by 19 hrs the manager charged us £300 for a night after wanting £450 . This hotel will bleed dry plus I don’t feel the staff at reception wish to assist females . I experienced this myself and witnessed this also with another 2 female staff who had issues !
ALL the sun beds are taken by the holiday makers the night before . They leave their towels and floaties during the whole of their stay . We have complained about this also to the management but they just shrug their shoulders .

Would not recommend, we have just came back from this hotel and our experience was not great, the food was awful especially breakfast, our room was not being cleaned we had dirty towels dirty bedsheets all week, floor was not mopped which was awful when showering etc, the location was too far from the airport 2 hour transfer and there was not much around the areas, found it quite expensive as everyone asks you where you are from so it’s possible the English get over charged. Barely anyone speaks English at this hotel so ordering food / drinks is difficult and we was brought the wrong thing a lot of times, we booked excursions through the hotel which was not good, we was advised a boat party so we booked and it turned out a children and family day out, also did quad biking which was okay but due to the amount of people doing it we was stop starting constantly. We also had to pay for Wi-Fi and a safe which should really be included, there were parts of the restaurants you had to pay for which to me should be free as it’s meant to be an all inclusive holiday, and the queue for drinks was very long at times, there is very little entertainment / music as well so we would never return to this hotel again.

It is impossible to stay hungry in our hotel! Our hotel has a very varied and tasty menu in the main restaurant, if guests do not find food to their taste, they can visit one of the two fast restaurants where they prepare various dishes on order. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed every two days, toilet paper is replenished every day and 1 extra roll is left. The mini bar is replenished only on the day of arrival, on other days it is replenished only with water, this is indicated in the hotel concept. In our hotel, all employees speak not only English, but also other languages of the world, including Russian, German, French, etc. Internet and safe is a paid service, this is indicated in the concept of the hotel and you should have been warned about this by travel agencies. Our hotel has a large animation team that organizes various entertainment activities and games every day for both adults and children. With one word its terrible, this hotel is never a 5 star hotel. We were a group of 11 people in 5 rooms and stayed in this hotel for 7 days. During our time here our room was never cleaned, hoovered, moped, dusted or bathroom cleaned. For 7 days only once pillow cases were changed but nothing else, towels changed only once and no face towels left at all. Dirty coffee cups left on the balcony for the whole time that we stayed in this hotel and ashtray never cleaned or emptied. Swimming pool and beach beds are never cleaned. Floor around the swimming pool is disgusting. Drinks are very bad quality. They have water fridges and toilets that are almost always closed, the other toilets next to the swimming pool are very dirty and they were cleaned only once during our stay. Staff are very rude specially receptionist’s. Remember that the check in is at 14.00 so if you arrive earlier you cant use any facilities of the hotel unless you have to pay €30 for a room. Check out is at 12.00 so from the time you check out you cant use anything from the hotel or you have to pay again €30 per room.
I would never ever come back on this hotel and i suggest anyone that reads this not to go there.
Ive been to so many all inclusive or ultra all inclusive holidays in turkey and other countries but never had this bad experience as we had in senza.

Myself and my family have just returned from holiday at Senza Inn Resort, The hotel looks as it does beautiful and the rooms were lovely a nice family hotel wonderful pools/pool bar/kids pools all really nice.
But I have to say that we have never experienced such rudeness from staff in a hotel no one could speak any English and when you tried to speak to anyone the only answer you received was "what", no one said excuse me they would just push pass you totally unbelievable.
The spa provided daily miss matched towels and you were unable to use steam/sauna at all. On booking this holiday we chose this hotel as it had everything that we wanted especially as we were travelling with children all inclusive restaurants that would be open throughout the morning/evening etc. 07.00 - 11.00 obviously a break in between this was not the case food finished @ 21.00/21.30 then we saw a note in the lift I think on day 3/4 stating that restaurant will be closing @ 20.30, and it really did they would start to clear up food before that. The food was absolutely awful WE JUST COULD NOT eat there, We found a lovely restaurant around the corner where we ate the last 3 days that we were there.
We could not hire a iron for our rooms we had to constantly ask for one and was told to come back 10/20minutes all the time, When we did finally get to use it we was not allowed to take it to our room we had to use it by maid/cleaners room.
The other massive down side was the water park we were unable to use this all day as it was only open 12.00 - 14.00 than 16.00 - 18.00 4 hours for the whole day when it was open for that short period of time everyone had fun but if we had known that in the beginning as it was not stated at time of booking we would not have booked there as that and it being all inclusive was one of the main reasons we booked it to facilitate all.
I do have a couple positives our hotel guide Ahmet was amazing, welcoming, friendly very informative an all round lovely guy. We booked Turkish bath and safari through Ahmet, I have to say the Turkish bath was was out of this world fantastic, The safari well I don't know where to start with that but if you got to Turkey you have to definitely try it out it was awesome, Definitely one of the the best excursion I have ever been on and our driver/drivers were wonderful so friendly and really brilliant great fun all round the whole day.
The weather was lovely I think we had one day of rain the rest sunny.
Would we go back to that hotel again definitely not.

Just came back from here exterior of hotel is great, staff are rude if your English paid nearly £900 each for 7 nights not a 5star maybe 3 at a push room was clean but only a runner for a blanket on a double bed only 2 towels per room allowed I had two 14 year olds with me they wanted to join in daytime pool activities with entertainment staff they were told daytime activities are for adults only everyday but the here was little kids disco on nights if they wanted to join in that. Had to pay 150lira per day for WiFi that never worked I told reception to be told go away they make it clear they hate the English food well basic we ate out for breakfast most days as you can't even get toast there, we tried to get a Turkish bath there the woman had my kids scared shouting at me cause I said 85euro was expensive and we left she folded us shouting and screaming then found us round the pool few days after and shouted again throwing her hands around Our last day we asked for late check out its 30euro per hour there's no other place to keep your case or get a wash so you had to pay to stay in your room. My transfer was super late nearly 2hours I asked reception staff to call me a taxi he got on his personal phone and rang said its £100 but needs to be giving cash now or he won't come so I trusted the staff and gave him the money he then said 40 min what was too late I asked 4 my money back and them to cancel taxi my transfer and taxi turned up at same time I said I cancelled taxi and wanted my money they taxi man was demanding 100 off me and said he was only a friend to the reception man so not even a real taxi I said the reception had it and the reception said no it was 100 to call him at this point I was having full panic attack my son was scared this hotel could of put us in a very vulnerable place it's unsafe for women to go there if they get friend to pretend to be a taxi we just made our flight but only cause jet2 kept desk open as there was a few accidents outside the hotel but we checked in went through security and borded the plane

The hotel is filthy,I’d rather say it’s a 3*. Food is disgusting,and the restaurant area smell like you’re eating inside the toilets.Everything in the restaurants were the cheapest and lowest quality,juices,coffees,food,fruits(very few selection),the chocolate for the pancakes was disgustingly cheap. The hot chocolate was water and pinch of brown powder. Awful You will die in the lifts,no air to breathe! Staff doesn’t speak or understand English, every time I was calling reception, they’re hanging the phone because was impossible for them to speaking in English! The cleanliness of the room is for 1* hotels. I’ve stayed 7days and after 3 days I’ve asked for the bedding to be changed, and was not, until I’ve had to pull out the bedding by myself, we were a family of 3, hsk never left towels for 3, always 1 large towel and 2 small, hsk provided toilet paper dirty, as per the pictures, and the towels quality is like the one used to mop the floor, overused, the bin not emptied and the toilet seat was flying away. Bathroom sink and shower handle were rusted and broken. Was smelling like pee in the shower, I’m sure was never disinfected. The swimming was dirty and the sun chairs were not enough for the guests. Drinks included are the cheapest ones again,if you want ice cream or anything bottled you have to pay separately, and prices are at least 3x higher. You will have to pay for Wi-Fi. On check out was a very rude man, I don’t write his name here, asking us why did we left the keys in the room, on very aggressive tone, and the end he told us “bye” and turned his back, I thought he will slap us because we left the keys behind. The keys for the rooms stopped working for few time, and because the receptionist were not speaking English, gave us the keys for the wrong room number, and had to return 4x on a day to get the keys correctly, receptionist said “don’t worry be happy” no sorry or anything like that. Rude, extremely rude reception staff! They don’t know about sorry, thank you or please! Just basic. The hotel beach is with rocks! If you wanna spend a nice holiday don’t go here, you’ll waste your money!

We were searching for a hotel online and when we checked the prices we tried to go there and do the reservation. At the front desk they gave us a double price so we booked it online for half of the price the reception gave us. You have to pay for wifi for each person for each day and I thought when you booked a double room the wifi can have two users but I was wrong and one of you has to disconnect. After check in you have to find your room by yourself and the toilet wasn’t clean so I tried to find someone to come and clean but there is no one around so I washed it by myself. The food and drinks were good but I didn’t like the show. We tried to find a taxi who took us to the airport and we asked other agencies, the prices were 50$ to 60$ but the hotel said 100$. I think it will be better if they try to help the guest with a fair price not a higher price.
