Service was friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The twin room was unusual in that single beds were on apposing walls, but this did not detract from the room at all. The B&B is in a small village on a main road, with a small grocer's shop and a pub, with no other amenities. Ross on Wye only four...

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights during June, and had a wonderful stay. Excellent, comfortable room, and a great choice of breakfast. Caroline was very hospitable and a great host. We were made to feel very welcome, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble, including the loan of various guides and maps of the Forest of Dean...

We have just returned from a lovely week at Lea House and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house has wonderful character, our room was perfect and we spent several evenings relaxing in the beamed lounge feeling very much at home. I have just returned from a three night stay at Lea House, after a last-minute decision to get away from London for a few days. Lovely warm welcome from Jellybean and Caroline who was very helpful with advice with places to visit and to eat and the best way to get there. Rooms were attractive and comfortable and the breakfasts were tasty and there were some very healthy options. The rhubarb was delicious. Our dog loved it and we would certainly visit again.

Lea House is lovely, the rooms are extremely comfortable and full of character, the garden is very pretty.
