We liked our stay very much. The room was nice and clean. We had a family room with bunkbeds for the children. The bunkbed was a bit noisy. Our bed was very comfortable. Beautiful view and nice and refreshing swimmingpool. The stay was very good. The only we missed was a watercooker. So we bought one. But overall very positive and very nice surroundings. Loved it.

The hotel is big, and have a big pool, the rooms are clean, big and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing and they have also restaurant for dinner. The staff are really nice and help us to an attraction. The only problem is that the village is not in the town but it’s 10 minuets driving

Nice size rooms. The best were the Waitress and Waiters. No wi-fi, at anytime. Only near the front desk at no rush hours. The worst the quality of the bed, also we were expecting queen size and they gave us twin beds. Good food. Americans do not expect the typical customer service you are used to.

Visited in the summer. Very friendly reception, beautifull place, decent breakfast included. The bar and restaurant was a little short on staff but had a friendly and efficient waitress. Overall a very familiar and nice ambience. The pool is a big plus in the summer. No air condictioning (normal for a ski resort) which makes the room a bit hot during the day however it cools down rapdly at night. Overall very good.

Recently we had a great time skiing in Cerler, Spain. Its a small town with excellent conditions to practice this sport in the north of Spain. Everything is perfectly organized, so skiing is pretty convenience, not to mention the personel working there: two thums up. We were hosted at HG Cerler, pretty close to the mountains. The place was very clean, the apartment/room was nice, the appliances were ok. However, the beds were like sleeping in a wooden table, the walls between apartments were made of paper. That was worth it, since the next was yet to come: we could not stop laughing looking at the most valuable appliance: an old Grundig cube TV. It was like living in the 80´s: IT was great!!!! Considering that snows a lot in Cerler, a one way road to access at the main door is unaceptable. The parking lot is missing (barely 10 cars fit in that space), and instedad offering complementary parking lot, they offer underground parking space at 12 euros/day. Wifi?, that was a good one... it was better to use the 4G from the cell phone or tablet. The personel was polite.

Spent five nights in a ski vacation with family. Good value for money as the quadruple room was very good w/ stunning views. Food was ok. Staff always helpful and providing very good service. Kids corner & playroom insufficient. Charging for sauna was the only ridiculous thing. Management should rethink and change this policy. Special thanks to Edgar for all the good tips.

This is clearly principally a Winter Sports destination but we stayed in July and enjoyed it enormously, we just wished that we could have stayed longer. The hotel has a great selection of room types so should satisfy all accommodation requirements. Our room was a four person apartment and featured a fridge and cooker. My only criticism would be encroachment to circulation space when fold out divan was deployed - this could be problematic on a long stay. The restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast with friendly service, great food & selection, and good value. The pool setting is sensational with its mountain views, absolutely wonderful! Special mention must go to Beatriz at reception. She was so friendly, helpful, polite and cheerful. She, and all the staff I met, are great assets to this hotel.

This is a new trendy hotel located in Cerler. In the winter this place would be amazing but in the summer, Cerler is dead. The hotel is one of the few places where you'll see any sign of life. This a good hotel for the winter but I would shop around if you're coming to stay during the summer months. Pros: New hotel, new furnishings, excellent breakfast buffet, friendly staff, great views, great pool and bar area next to the terrace, nice spa. Cons: Terrible Wifi strength, the meal room is in the basement and it's a bit depressing, hostel feel (they sell lots of full week, half board packages).

My family and I traveled to this small town up in the mountains for hiking in July 2011. The hotel was good with a nice bar, swimming pool outside and a beautiful view. Most people travel here in the winter to go skiing at the near ski center, but it is a beautiful hiking area as well. The breakfast at the hotel was very good, but no good restaurant at the hotel. Since I am gluten allergic we asked the hotel some days before we were supposed to stay there, if they could offer me any gluten-free food for breakfast. The hotel took the job and the staff had done it very well. Success! Luckily there was a good beef-restaurant just a few meters from the hotel. The rooms very clean and nice, with TV and a good bathroom. At the day we went out hiking for some hours and we came back to the hotel for a Spa. At the Spa there were no good facilities, just a small pool and two saunas.
