history discretely interweaves with modernity. Located in Lubusz Voivodeship, halfway between Poznań and Szczecin, the Palace is surrounded by picturesque parks, forests and lakes, which enchant with their inimitable beauty and let one savour the charm of every season spent at Mierzęcin. The Palace - together with a manor, third largest vineyard in Poland, a winery, a stud farm and the Grape SPA - offer its Guests a wealth of possibilities to spend unforgettable moments in a place full of charm and unique atmosphere. People who like to actively spend their leisure time as well as people who value tranquillity, families with children or business clients will all find an interesting proposition for themselves. Wine is a passion here and a lifestyle. Mierzęcin Palace Wellness & Wine Resort is the only resort in Poland which has its own vineyard, a processing plant and a wine cellar. Precious tasting qualities and the well-known beneficial influence of grapes on health and beauty, which has been known for centuries, inspired us to create a unique stay offer. The grapes from the Palace's vineyard as well as the wines prepared from them are the perfect fit for the dishes from Polish and European cuisines served at our restaurants. Grapes also constitute an integral element of beauty and care treatments at the Grape SPA - the first SPA in Poland based on fruits from our own vineyard. In the neogothic palace and in the renovated buildings of the old manor there are 83 comfortably furnished rooms. Carefully decorated interiors, interesting architecture and the surrounding park constitute an excellent scenery for various events, family meetings and meetings with friends. Furthermore, we organise trainings, conferences and integration events for companies. For this purpose we have six comfortable conference rooms, which can accommodate altogether up to 430 people, with modern audiovisual equipment. Mierzęcin Palace Wellness & Wine Resort is perfect for people who look for a peaceful rest. It is a quiet oasis thanks to the surrounding forests and lakes as well as to the distance separating it from the noise of the big cities. Enthusiasts of spending their leisure time actively will definitely find something interesting from our rich recreational offer - riding, a swimming pool, fitness, Nordic walking, cycle trips, kayaking trips as well as many other attractions. On the other hand, business clients will find inspiration here as well as a base offering wide and varied possibilities for unforgettable and effective meetings and trainings.

We went to Palac Mierzecin for family lunch. We were super disappointed about the quality of the food. It just looks & sounds good in menu but that’s all. Quality & presentation is very bad. In need to change the chef as it’s really a shame.

We have visited this lovely establishment 5 times the last 10 years and it never fails. Imagine stepping into a large, delicately furnished room in the Palace overlooking the park, take a short stroll over to the exquisitely designed SPA with an enormous warm basin and multiple rooms for all sorts of treatments. Then finish of with a delicious dinner at the restaurant, a converted Vodka distillery, accompanied by remarkably good wine from their own vineyard. Finally the location is a huge estate surrounded by woodland, fields, small lakes and rivers. It’s hard to beat! Guess who will return...

We have seen quite a few top-notch Spa or luxurious hotels in Poland - this one clearly doesn't make our list! This place aspires to be something it is clearly not. Why? Because it lacks atmosphere and the devil is in the details. The "Palace" is more like a hunters lodge. Very dark and not overtly inviting upon entering the reception area, where they constantly have some annoying radio playing behind the reception counter. They have nice "representative" rooms on the ground floor but they keep them basically empty and closed when they could be some charming rooms for reading etc. if one just put a little effort into it. The standard in the palace rooms is VERY basic. They try to give you some historically-inspired interior but if the furniture is made of plastic and the carpets are literally run down, then well that fails. Breakfast is served in the palace basement without any daylight. The Spa offers a long list of wine and grape inspired treatments but we were unable to book any of them at any time during the 3-day stay. All they could offer were simple back massages. The sauna and swimming pool area is fine but it quickly gets very crowded and noisy on a weekend. Plus again, it lacks an atmosphere that would truly allow you to unwind and relax. Cleanliness is so so, it smelled of urine in the showers. On the positive side: The park is very nice, as is the area surrounding this place. The food in the distillery restaurant is good too.

Dear Sir or Madam, We have received your opinion of our establishment with deep regret. I would like to start by thanking you for your appreciation of the quality of the food served at our restaurant, the beauty of the nature surrounding the estate, and the potential of the Grape Spa. We regret that you did not get the chance to fully experience the pleasures of wine therapy. Unfortunately, Grape Spa treatments need to be booked in advance, especially during certain periods of the year, such as New Year's Eve, when our package stays are in high demand. We concede that it is more difficult to create a cosy atmosphere in the Wellness Zone and at the swimming pool during busy weekends. We would like to encourage you to visit our hotel at some other time and we will gladly inform you when there are fewer guests visiting the estate so you can enjoy the cosy atmosphere. Our preparations for a New Year's ball require certain changes in the functioning of the historic parts of the Palace where the ball and dinner take place. Consequently, due to the preparations taking place, we are forced to limit the access to the historic rooms before and after the event. Access to these rooms is available for our guests without any limits when they are not being prepared for weddings or balls. Concerning your impression pertaining to the aesthetic side of the Palace, I feel it necessary to remind you that the Palace is a historic building and as such it is under strict control of the historic preservation office. We have to respect the original architectural blueprints. However, there are several buildings offering different types of accommodation on the estate and we believe that everyone can find something to suit their taste. The rooms at the Palace and at the Manor which were the first ones to be put into use are being successively renovated. We will attempt to pay more attention to the issues you highlighted and, at the same time, we hope that we can count on the understanding of our guests. Yours faithfully, Tomasz Schulz Director

Stayed there for few days between Christmas and New Year and it was our second time in Mierzęcin. The biggest advantage of the place is the food and parks surrounding the hotel. Spa area is quite spacious, but dont expect big swimming pool. Despite the place was fully booked it was not overcrowded and it we could find table for breakfast and sunbeds at the pool. Good value for money.

This is lovely place with great views of the vineyards. I have stayed in one of the refurbished rooms, combining traditional and modern elements. The dinner and the wine were fantastic, high quality and very reasonable prices. The staff friendly and very helpful. I would definetely visit the Palac again!
