Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay often leaves guests in awe with its vibrant and luxurious atmosphere, blending Ibizan charm with rustic touches. The rooms are frequently lauded for their cleanliness, stunning views, and meticulous upkeep, although an isolated complaint about air conditioning was noted. While the prime location near the airport, town, and marina receives consistent accolades, some travelers express concerns over the value, pointing to steep additional charges for certain amenities.
The spa and concierge services are popular, yet service around the pool can be hit or miss. Overall, the friendly and attentive staff contribute to a generally high service standard.

We stayed at Nobu for a week. The junior suite with sea view and balcony was beautiful and perfectly clean, and was cleaned promptly and perfectly every day. The whole hotel is incredibly tastefully decorated and well maintained. The breakfast at Chambao really left nothing to be desired, there was a buffet with a huge selection, and you could also order pancakes and egg dishes à la carte. The location with a view of the beach or pool is great. We had good weather all week and were able to have breakfast outside and lie in the sun, which was certainly exceptional. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, especially the bellboys at the entrance who fetched and parked our cars and the concierge lady who helped us with great restaurant tips and also reserved them for us. Also Lisandro, who gave us great tips for excursions - thank you very much for that! We were also very happy about small loving gestures like the tea with honey that I received in my room because I wasn't feeling well and the chocolates on another day. The water that we received next to our bed every evening or in the car for our trips was also very welcome. We found the minibar prices very excessive - from 9 euros for a can of water to several hundred euros for a small bottle of champagne etc. We found it annoying that loud trance music was playing in the pool area until at least 11 p.m. in the evening, so you could only sleep in our room with a sea view with the patio door open if you used earplugs. We didn't want to turn on the air conditioning because we had a cold. In addition, someone cleaned the pool terrace with water at 4 a.m., which was quite loud... We also ate at Nobu once, it was good, but the service was a bit too relaxed (with a final comment that the tip wasn't included), the not so special ambience at the table in front of the glass wall onto the terrace and the food were not quite worth the 250 euros for us. Unfortunately, the trance music from the pool was also playing in Nobu, which also bothered us a bit. The beach was very beautiful and the water was crystal clear - although it was still cool, we went to the sea every day. The hotel is right on the beautiful Talamanca Bay. You can only use the pool loungers if you spend 150 euros on food. We didn't. Luckily, the same loungers are also available further away from the pool with a view of the sea, in an artificial section of the hotel's beach, and we enjoyed them every day. So this obligation to consume food at the pool didn't bother us. There is a family pool and an adults-only pool, which we liked. It is worth mentioning that the hotel is very close to Ibiza Town and that the restaurants at the port/Botafoc are within walking distance (15 minutes). All in all, the price we paid in April was right for us at this hotel (including breakfast as a special offer for early bookers and much less than in September/October or even in summer) and we really enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful hotel, I had a large room overlooking the sea with a large terrace. The restaurant is delicious and at all levels the service is very attentive and efficient. There is a lovely swimming pool surrounded by super comfortable beds. Everything is perfect. Alas, everything is ruined by ridiculous music, boom boom boom, always the same, which is broadcast day and night. They must think that making people crazy makes them consume more... Given the price of the rooms, the hotel is not only occupied by very young people and if Ibiza means music, it could be a little more refined in terms of sound choice. Ordinary music in a not very elegant island….too bad for this hotel!

We stayed one night at this Pension: very average value for money - too expensive for what it is - random and long service - mediocre room soundproofing , you can hear the neighbour wake up call - we had a room with a door that a priori connected with the next room. Music in the hallway too loud and irrelevant! You can hear it from your room. Loud breakfast cafeteria way. This Inn is pretentious like a good part of the guests elsewhere. Pros: we had a waiter at the pool very nice and caring and the luggage handler was smiling and kind. For 1400€ a night , there is much better! We should have been vigilant about the Pension capacity because the volume is at the expense of the quality. Too bad because it is a beautiful place! We travel 8 to 10 times a year and at this fare we have had exceptional experiences.

Stayed 4 nights at this hotel from aug 19-23. The check in process was great and the staff were very kind upon arrival. That was where the positives of this hotel ended. I’ve stayed at many other nobu hotels and they are generally my favourite resorts to stay at but this one is much worse than any I’ve ever experienced.
The hotel staff seemed to not care about the guests at all. Service was almost non existent and at times even rude (ordering a fruit plate took over an hour and the bartender said he only wanted to make a “simple drink because it was late already”). For spending over 1,000 euro a night you would expect a 5 star experience.
On my final night, myself and my girlfriend noticed literally hundreds of ants swarming alongside the bed in the middle of the night. I went down to the front and requested that we move rooms which they did not honour and instead sent two house keepers up to SWEEP UP THE ANTS! After a while someone came in the room and put what looked like a small tube of cream that you get from a convenience store for bugs along the baseboard where most of them were coming from and said “should be fine now”. At this point it was nearly 4am and we were exhausted and just wanted to sleep.
Of course this didn’t solve the problem at all and when we woke up, there were ants both in our bed and on the floor still. They seemed to not think this was a big deal.
When I went to check out they were aware of the problem already and said out of the over 4,000 euro I spent there all they could do was discount me 215 euro. I couldn’t believe it. I’ve never stayed at a resort that claims they are a 5 star and charges the money they do that was so void of service and unsanitary.
Perhaps the worst part of all is house keeping was walking in to clean my room to get it ready for another unsuspecting guest checking in later that day.

I would not recommend the Nobu Ibiza hotel. I might consider another Nobu hotel but would have to research past customer reviews more to see if there’s any alerts we should consider before booking.
No one offered any verbal or written overview of the features and amenities included at the hotel and I found myself having to constantly call or go to the front desk to ask questions.
I found the beach set-up like a 2 star hotel and the plunge pool with our suite was not deep enough or large enough for my wife and I to fit together (and the lack of heat made it frigid).
I was a little disturbed by the pool for a number of reasons. First, there was only canned water available for 9 euros each. Second, the individual servers were rude, including 4 servers gathering behind our bed joking and speaking loudly. Lastly on the pool, we went out to have no one assist us, seating ourselves, to have a servers come 30 minutes later and inform us the entire row of beds (not a cabana) had a 200 euro/day minimum spend - someone should have said something sooner - of course we stayed as we were embarrassed to leave - and funny how the first 2 choices of wine we asked for were not available, but a more expensive option was.
I tried to get order a dry vodka martini at the bar that 2 nights in a row was a fiasco, bartenders asking each other how to make it even though I gave clean instruction. What bothered me more was the bartenders appearing to ridicule me off the side for the drinks I ordered for my wife and I.
The hotel is physically nice, and the food was very good, but I would recommend some sensitivity and cultural training for your staff. It could be that we spent a week at the Four Seasons Madrid and received friendly, welcoming, and overall exceptional service and had a 5 star expectation that couldn’t be met, but the items I referenced were within the hotel staffs control (attitude being the biggest gap).

Location and rooms are great ; concierge made a very nice private boat trip possible for us ! In a five star hotel I would assume privacy is guaranteed ; so I was surprised to find that on day 2 of our stay, the pool waiter was looking me up on social media and LinkedIn, When adressing the issue with the manager it was treated as a 'non-issue'. The food at the Nobu restaurant was great and a real treat ! but staff is uninterested and I returned a 34 euro glass of Ruinart because it was poured from 2 near empty bottles so no 'bulles' remaining ...... So a bit of a sad story @ Nobu Ibiza ! Too bad

Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay is a fantastic hotel, we travel very often and in our opinion this is one of the best hotels where we stayed. Staff is absolutely fantastic, always doing their best to ensure we are comfortable and looked after. The facilities are amazing, the pool, the gym, the rooms are absolutely top notch, the views are breathtaking. The Nobu Restaurant has a great atmosphere, the restaurant itself is beautiful with great views to the sea and the food is delicious! We will definitely be back!

This hotel is great with the pictures of the pool and all. But don’t forget the small print that you have to find somewhere in the website. It charges you 200 euros for a poolside bed which they say are always booked out (mainly to non guests as they charge them 400 euros).
It says the beds by the kiddies pool are free (together with a nice dose of wee and poo) but when you book those beds you get bumped when they sell them to paying external guests as well. They tell you your booking wasn’t valid for a plethora of reasons made up in the spot by the manager.
So if it the pool in the pictures you want try elsewhere.

Dear Guest, We appreciate your taking the time to share your experience with us. I would like to take this opportunity to clarify our pool policy, a minimum expenditure of €200 applies solely to our Bali beds located around the adults' pool. There are no charges for our in-house guests in other areas, including the beachfront beds and those situated on the beach. I assure you that our external guests do not have priority over our in-house guests. Regarding your comments about the cleanliness of our children's pool, I am rather surprised, as we have implemented a stringent protocol to prevent such issues. Nonetheless, we will address this matter with the relevant departments. We regret that we were unable to meet your expectations. It would be our pleasure to have another opportunity to provide you with a truly exceptional Nobu experience. Best regards, Francisco Director of Rooms

This is not a five star hotel. The service is extremely slow. And if you’re not European, you’ll have to ask at least three times for everything that you need. Service was extremely slow even at Nobu. If you order a pool bed, don’t expect to order food or drinks at the same time, it will never come. All in all the hotel is nice, but the staff needs better training on customer service. The service at this hotel is a one star at best.

The look and feel is Ibizan and luxurious at the same time. The hotel conveys the great care with which its teams carry out their work. You can feel how the reception, concierge, guest relations, food and beverage, housekeeping and maintenance teams do a brilliant job. It is one of the best hotels I have visited.
