1) Spacious rooms, clean and well maintained. 2) Good food made according to your choice, do try the paneer curry and special tree tomato ice cream. 3) cost effective-Note there is a 5 star property giving same amenities at 4000 per night, but munnar ice queen gives you the same stuff at 2000-2500 per night. 4) Really friendly staff, they immediately tended to my requests like extra pillows, giving the hair dryer plug and they even dropped us at a restaurant for free out of their good will. 5) Love the individual balconies given to each room to enjoy the spectacular view. 6) Lloyd ac, havells fan, water heater and bathroom stuff from jaguar, definitely there is extravagance spent in this room available at a very cost effective rate. Booked this place for my birthday and the hotel staff actually gave me a surprise birthday party, I was sooo touched it absolutely made my day sooooooooo much more special. Also seems this is the only hotel where even the water in the bathroom is purified and drinkable. Cons-The road to come here is not really good and water for bathing takes a really long time to heat but all these amazing amenities at such less cost, I would say just go for it and book this place.…

Such a calm place. Staying one day is not enough for munnar. This icequeen is best for stay and dine. Will be back with my family. Best for all kind of customers with kings happiness. I don't find anything negative here.

Munnar Ice queen Resort's is one of the Best place to stay which is surrounded by wonderful nature with luxury rooms and good amenities . Last month we had visited this resort and it was an amazing experience and we had our dinner and break fast there , food is really good and pootu was really awesome. Overall it's a good place and they have recommended good Jeep safari from Abdul Rasheed. From that person we have enjoyed the munnar trip
