The rooms in single hall are minuscule with no space to organise spare clothes. This is a sleeping pad only.
The rooms in twin hall are reasonably sized with two beds and some space to have a friend or two over.
The bed/s is/are +/- 1.20m wide and comfortable. TV is japanese programs only.
This part of Tokyo has very few tourists and the shopping experience is fun, and yet nothing extravagant.
The location made it a good place to stay during the Tokyo OIympics.
good, efficient, almost auto/self check in and check out but with people helping you.
small rooms for single people, the "usual" ones where you barely can leave a mid or large suitcae.
shower small but decent.
modern feeling.
The bathroom is the standard Japanese fabricated type, but it’s actually quite roomy compared to other Japanese business hotel. More importantly, I bought the Y400 coupon and visit the public bath on the 4/F every day ( guests can access the bath directly through the 4/F, so feel free to put on the provided sleepwear and slippers) . This was the best treat indeed (you will pass by the coin laundry on the way, one room for women, one for men).
Unlike the standard chained hotels, the room lighting is very sufficient, and you can move the desk around to suit your needs. As there were three supermarkets near the hotel, I stuffed the fridge with yogurt and fruits for breakfast. And on days when it was too cold to eat out, I just bought obento from the supermarkets and eat in the room. UNIQLO and MUJI are a few minutes away, and there is also a Y100 store, a pharmacy, and many local restaurants within the hotel complex. I feel so much at home!
The location is just brilliant. The bus from/to Haneda airport is one min away from the hotel, and there are 2 JR lines and one private rail that brings you to other parts of Tokyo.
The only complained was that the wifi at my room 776 was extremely bad. But since I had rented my own wifi, this was not a problem at all. Moreover, the staff speak very little English. But what the hack, have some fun!
I have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone travelling to Tokyo.
But the room is clean, quiet and comfortable, and has free internet access (not WiFi).
And the hotel have coin laundries.
The location "Otemachi" is a very convenient city which has almost everything to live and have a good access for major cities in Tokyo and Yokohama because the hotel is only two minutes walk from stations.
And more, there is an airport bus station from and to Haneda airport near the hotel.
When I visit Tokyo by myself, I almost always stay this hotel.
The area its in is very easy to get too. Its one stop passed the big Shinagawa train station. The hotel is right outside the train station and on the bottom floor is a giant grocery store which is good. Then on the 2nd floor is a Starbucks and a few restaurants. The 3rd floor is the hotel lobby and a bar.
The room I had was small, which i guess is the case in Japan, but it was very comfortable and nice.
For 500 Yen every morning you can get a western style breakfast or a japanese style breakfast downstairs. Both arent really worth the cost since its small and wont fil you up. But there was a Mcdonalds down the road I hit up for food.
The only real bummer about this hotel is that they wouldnt let me use the spa because i have tattoos. haha.
Also the area the hotel is in is a way more business type area. The stores close at a regular hour and whatnot. I liked this area alot more than when I stayed in Shinjuku last year.
for 5500 Yen a night this hotel is a great deal and I would recommend it to anyone!
Osama" spa facilities where hotel guests can enjoy at 400yen - 11 hotspring and sauna facilities that is opened till 2am - absolutely essential for a hard working salaryman!
