The Harbour Hotel certainly lived up to our expectations. A very welcoming, traditional, homely comfortable and clean place to stay. We have stayed in many small hotels/guest houses/bnb's and we think this stands out from the rest purely by our hosts Aurelia and Vinces' ability to make you feel more than welcome. They really made our stay very special by...

Traditional, comfortable seaside hotel, very close the beautiful beach at Gorleston. Great breakfast, spacious rooms and extremely clean throughout, but the main attraction here has to be Vince and Aura, the hosts. They were so hospitable and accommodating; nothing was too much trouble. Just made to feel very much at home.

We have stayed here several times over the last few years and it has been consistently friendly and very comfortable. I highly recommend the locally caught kippers for breakfast. The hotel has a large, well stocked bar and is two minutes walk from a beautiful and enormous sandy beach. There are a lot of restaurants and pubs within a short...

It was our first stay at The Harbour Hotel, and we couldn't have picked a better hotel to stay in! From the first moment we arrived we couldn't have been made more welcome by Aura, and then the following day by Vince. Such a lovely couple that made our stay more enjoyable than we thought it was going to be....

This was our 4th year staying at the Harbour. We enjoyed it as much as usual and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Our 4 children are always made to feel very welcome. Vince and aura are such lovely hosts and constantly check if everything is ok for us ( which it always is) We always feel relaxed staying here. It's in...

Stayed here for one night recently and the building is extremely dated and could do with a complete renovation (although it did remind me of staying at my nans house when i was a child). The Sky remote did not work, the shower too a long time to adjust the temp and the towels were over washed and gone hard....

Thanks - Your nan did stay here when she was alive and we inherited her furniture. We put it in your room so that you would feel more at home. Obviously it didn't work. Sorry, they were her towels as well. We're working on the renovation thingy.

The hosts greeted us with a smile and their service was excellent. They could't do enough for us. The location is very quiet, easy to get to and within walking distance of the beach and town centre. The room was large and airy and everything was clean and tidy and ditto the en-suite. We only had a short stay this...
