The Harbour in Gorleston-on-Sea near Great Yarmouth is just a short level walk from the beautiful Gorleston beach. Our bar looks out over boats coming in and out of the harbour and rooms to the front have a waterfront harbour view. Superbly situated for the Broads, Norfolk and Suffolk coastline, with all the attractions of Great Yarmouth nearby, Gorleston-on-Sea is an unspoilt hidden gem, ideal for families, couples, and those wanting a beautiful beach on your doorstep, plenty to do nearby but just that bit quieter and more relaxed. The Harbour has the added interest of boats chugging past the window.Under new management, we have ten rooms consisting of doubles and family rooms, all with tea/coffee making facilities with a large family bar area.

Had a wonderful stay at The Harbour this weekend. The hotel itself is small and cosy, we stayed in an updated room facing the rear of the property. Facilities were good, shower room small but perfectly functional. Shower was good with plenty of hot water. Room had tea/coffee

We recently stayed here for a couple of nights. The room was comfortable, slightly dated but spotlessly clean. My only grumble is the towels, they were good for exfoliating but not if you’re looking for the soft touch. We went and brought our own. The breakfast was good and just

As always The Harbour made our stay! A sea view room with lots of space, a welcoming cuppa and friendly chat on arrival after a long trip. Bags taken to our room while we relaxed in the lounge. A great nights sleep and delicious fresh cooked breakfast with second to none

Thank you for your lovely review and thank you for choosing to stay here ! We do have a planned refurbishment this winter that will include the room you stayed in, so it may lose a little of the old fashioned feel. It is always a pleasure for us when we have such nice guests and it's been a really great year for us in that respect. We are very happy that you enjoyed your stay here and thank you once again for sharing that with your great review. All our best, Aura & Vince, the Harbour, Gorleston.

Hi, our Harbour view room is a small family ensuite room, i.e. a double bed and a single bed - as a twin room it is £60 per night including breakfast. Outside August we do a multiple night discount, but the bank holiday weekend is a minimum 3 night stay as it is the busiest weekend of the year! Just give us a call if you want to book it - we do require a one night deposit. Many thanks, Vince & Aura

Hi, all our beds are standard doubles & singles at present (4ft 6 double & 3ft single). The family rooms are one double bed and one single bed, so best suited to small families, but a pull out bed or cot can be added. Hope this helps ! :-)
