Not that I am aware of. I believe there is a Gym in the Mall across the street from the hotel.

No idea about the name of the stations but the lines to Shimbuya and Shinjuku are crossing the street. Easy as pie.

I arrived early and had to wait in the lounge for a few hours until checkin time, when everyone in he lounge got up and formed a long checkin queue
