Reviewed yesterday NEW

We stayed for 1 night in the room with 1 double bed, which was claustrophobically small. There was not enough room to place 3 luggage, and it was not possible to walk around without hitting something/one. We then switched to the room with 2 single beds, what a difference it made in terms of space, even the bathroom is bigger.... More

Booked a single room which was small but perfectly laid-out, it felt like there was a lot more room than there actually was. Location was good, easy walking distance to Shinjuku and two large supermarkets are nearby. The hotel is directly on top of the subway station - it is important to note that two lines come into this station,... More

Nice & clean hotel. Very convenient. Downstairs is the train station. Breakfast variety can be improved. Room a bit small but still acceptable. Everything very good. Can consider next time. Staff very friendly.

Hotel was nice and clean, 10 blocks from Shinjuku JR station and 3 from metro station , but we couldn't use the station because we were using mostly JR line. The surrounding area was OK The room was tiny, but neat and complete. washroom was nice There's a very good restaurant attached to the hotel and a very good breakfast... More

The biggest advantage of staying here is that it's right beside Exit B2 of Higashi-shinjuku subway station! Aside from that, the room altho small (which is expected in Tokyo) is spotless n the staff accommodating. There r lots of eateries nearby like the popular Sushi Zanmai & McDonald's as well as two 7elevens plus a huge discount store called Don... More

We stayed in sunroute higashi Shinjuku for 10 days with our toddler. The amenities were great and location is perfect with the train station right next to the hotel. We had one problem one night as we came back to our room after a day of shopping to find the carpet was not vacuumed but everything else was tidied and... More

Located at Higashi Shinjuku station makes things easy for travellers with luggages as well as for commuting to the places of interest. Nice fragrance welcome you the moment you stepped in. Bed is very comfortable. Fresh smelling towels everyday. Basically everything is clean and fresh. Lots of restuarants around. There is a Korean street nearby too. Pharmacy nearby for easy... More

Very good location , just closed to exit of higashi shinjuku subway . It's about 20-25 minutes walk to center of Shinjuku area. The room is not too small and remarkable clean , provide enough facilities. No safety box. No room service. I have to go to the reception ask for a spoon. It's just worth for your money.

I stayed at the hotel for three days. The rooms was small but very clean and all the important amenities was included also WIFI The location was convenient for me because I wanted access to Shinjuku area. I don't recommend this hotel for long term stay because of the room size.

Staying in Shinjuku

Neighbourhood Profile
Shinjuku
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
