Took the airport limo bus from Haneda airport and alight at Keio Plaza hotel. Kadoya hotel is just a very short walk (flat ground) from Keio Plaza hotel. The rooms are a good size, in relation to the usual hotel rooms in Tokyo. The beds are very comfortable and a few types of extra pillows are available at the lobby...

It's my 2nd time staying at this hotel due to its very convenient location - 3 mins walk from airport limousine bus stop at JR west station Shinjuku. The area is quiet and peaceful when compares to Kabukicho. However if you like to experience the night live then it is only 10 mins walk from here. The hotel provide you...

Kadoya is a nice hotel located a few blocks from Shinjuku station. While the location is great, staff speak English and room size is decent, you can do better for $150 a night. The room looks dated, there are scuff marks on the walls, and the bathroom smells like mildew or urine. I was completely put off by smell. In...

This is my second trip to Tokyo. I had previously stayed at Apa Hotel in Shinjuku. Kadoya hotel appeared slightly older in terms of the room etc but the location is great. It's about 5-10 minutes walk to Shinjuku station with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Best part is taking the bus from Haneda to Shinjuku and 5 minutes...

This small hotel was clean, friendly and a nice place to stay. The pillows were too hard, but I found that across Japan the pillows left much to be desired! Bathroom is small but perfectly clean and functional, there is a useful clock with alarm in the headboard. If you want to stay in Shinjuku this is a good option...

Excellent!- staff, accommodations, value, location! I loved this hotel- the help was phenomenal, I stayed in a smoking single standard and loved my comfortable simple room! The private bathroom was wonderful as were the toiletries provided and other amenities. Price and location were unbeatable for me. You walk right out into the streets of Tokyo in a great neighborhood- I...

It's a very good hotel for a family of four if you book the triple room and if you intend to spend most of your time outside. It's also very near the Shinjuku West Station exit so it's very convenient if you'll take the airport bus limousine from Narita, and take the train to Disney, Sanrio Puroland, Shibuya, Harajuku etc....

The service is very good and the room is very clean. I would recommend to get a comfy double room as the room is such much bigger. For those are very sensitive to the smoke, get the non-smoking room but if you are not then smoking room is quite ok as the smoke smell in the room is not very...

Staying in Shinjuku

Neighbourhood Profile
Shinjuku
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
