Huge hotel with very busy atmosphere, lots of tourist groups. Location is quite good not far from the shinjuku station. Lots of nice restaurants around. Room was clean, nice and comfortable. .. And very beautiful view to Mount Fuji. Breakfast restaurant were very busy around 9 but before 6am there were not much rush.

We stayed here with our three teenage boys. It is a well presented hotel where the people are pleasant and professional. It is located above the massive Shinjuku station so is very central. All you need is within easy walking distance. Has free shuttle to Disney resorts.

in Japan, good and caring service manner is not anything special. Keio Plaza has been very experience in serving foreign tourist and established efficient logistic while maintaining the good service. When we stepped in the hotel, there is a long queue for check in. The staff immediately pick up your cases, and give you a number tag when queuing. There...

We stayed there 9 days in January. Adjoining rooms were excellent ie. good size (better than other hotels in Tokyo we have tried); there is wifi etc. The only problem (a minor one) I feel is that perhaps because of the large size of the hotel they were slow to respond to some issues raised eg. initially there was difficulty...

Brilliant hotel in a great spot so close to the station. Rooms are very spacious (unusual for Tokyo) and the staff could not be any better. We are a family of 5 so we had 2 rooms next to one another. There is undercover access to the Shinjuku station which is fantastic. If you are travelling to Hakuba there is...

Excellent hotel for both business and leasure trips. The plus: It's within walking distance from the Shinjuku station, from where you can take a direct express train to Narita, hence avoiding traffic with the bus.

We greatly appreciate your taking time to post a review of our hotel. As you experienced, it takes only 5-7 minutes on foot from our hotel to Shinjuku Station, if one uses the underpass-walkway. Also, as you mentioned, the Narita Express is a faster means than the Limousine Bus to get to Shinjuku Station. If one is not in a...

Staying in Shinjuku

Neighbourhood Profile
Shinjuku
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
