Recently, I made three reservations with Hilton, two for Hilton Tokyo and one for Hilton Tokyo Bay for June 2018. For each reservation at Hilton Tokyo, I booked a King Junior Suite Executive which was supposed to come with executive benefits. During the online reservation, I chose the option that cost additional 2000-6000 yen per night for breakfast as I wanted breakfast. I was later informed that the executive room itself comes with complimentary breakfast. My question is: what do I get for the additional 2000-6000 yen that I have paid? I felt cheated as the option seem to suggest that breakfast was not included in the executive room rate. I spoke to the online reservation team, who then referred me to the Singapore Hilton, who then referred me to the US office, who then referred me to the Tokyo Hilton staff (Ms Seshimo) who was unhelpful and impolite (cutting off every sentence that I speak and jumping to conclusion as to what I was trying to ask) at best. I think that this is a very bad way to start a holiday and a relationship with a hotel chain. Maybe a Hilton Tokyo staff can clarify all the above, please. Thank you.
