The room is spacious, the location is not in the main Shinjuku, the closest station is Okubo and we love the Aeon mini supermarket below as it provide us almost everything we need for daily necessities. The hotel itself is an apartment, we stayed in a junior suite that comes with a washing machine and dryer in one. There's 4 of us and during this covid 19 outbreak we wash all our clothing including jackets on daily basis using hot water. It was very much appreciated by all of us. It may took around 6-8 hours for all of the clothes to be completely dry but we just went to bed every time and in the morning it will be done. Every details is in Japanese just use a google translate to operate the machine. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided in full size bottles like most hotels in Japan, but if you have sensitive or specific issues with your scalp or hair just use your own. Again, back to the room, spacious and it is a real apartment with a view that we love. All the windows could not be open, we wish it can since we cooked a lot, and yes all the pots and pans are provided with adequate fridge till freezer too, there's microwave oven and kettle too, it was a full functioning apartment perfect for us for the whole 10 days. The room is cleaned daily and we also love the separate toilet and bathroom for convenience. There's two tv's and two sets of aircons, 3 beds consist of 1 kingsize, 2 single sizes. The pillows are a bit hard and not really fluffy, some even smells like saliva, I wish they can change the pillows. On the second to last day we sent our luggages to the airport (paid around 4400 yens) so 2 of them are ready in Haneda. Just go to the lobby and the hotel staffs with help you, everything is sufficient and practical. There's also an ice machine. But bottled water only given 4 on day one and not daily. The slippers are also given once. We only have 2 pairs in the room. There's daily pajamas so like most Japanese hotel, so it is help us to carry less stuffs. There's a small gym on the lobby but we never use it. There's one cherry tree right in front of the lobby, looks pretty when it blossoming. I think we will stay here again for our next visit in Tokyo since the experience is really good, we love the convenience of the kitchen, washing machine and bath/toilet plus there's so many restaurants nearby too so we didn't take the breakfast option which is also quite cheap.…
Excellent service and staff. Well equipped room and bathroom. Convenient location close to JR stations and supermarkets. There's a good view of the city from the window. When I'm next in Tokyo, I'll come back to stay here.
I have stayed in Japan many times, Air BNB and hotels, this place has a very good location and room size. An easy train ride to anywhere in the city. Lots of food options available on street level. Staff very accommodating and looked after our luggage after we checked out to explore the city.
I reserved a room in February with quite reasonable price. The scenery of running trains on railway in window was so nice. I can't forget it. And the reception was also kind as well. I'd like to visit again sometime. Thank you very much.
The location is just a short distance from Okubo station, which is just a stop away from Shinjuku. Price wise is excellent and the room size is generous, considering that the hotel is located in Tokyo. There are eateries nearby although they may not be the best, but they are good enough. A small AEON supermarket is just located 1 min away.
