the most welcoming atmosphere! when we could not get the room immediately, but had to wait 5 minutes they even gave us a small gift! The room on the 16 floor had a wonderful view over the city. Room is spacious and clean.

Location wise was not bad as it was a few minutes walk to the train station. Our only negatives was that there was no English tv channels and not enough signage in English to know what the hotel facilities are.More

we didn’t use it but iv seen similar gadget in other hotels in Malaysia. If that is anything to go by, yes the cell phone provided by the hotel is wifi-able and may be used in free wifi zones (and Tokyo has many).

Hi I think the best way is to change bus or train by Shinjuku Station. you can change by taxi it is very close from Shinjuku station to hotel.

You can take the train from the airport, You'll change trains twice (I think) and you'll end up a VERY short walk to the hotel.
