Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.

I booked a studio room here a month in advance and paid around 18000+ yen (not including tax), the day before we were due to stay, I noticed that the rate had dropped to 16000 yen and there was no way we could cancel without incurring a night's penalty. Understand that rates

This hotel really disappointed me with rooms and service. We booked a "Studio Deluxe Double" with a flexible reservation. We arrived late at night, the receptionist spoke decent English and demanded we pay for all 4 nights before checking in. Stupidly enough I agreed. He gave us

We stayed here recently for 3 nights. I found it to be a very good option. The price was excellent because we booked a few months ahead. It is in the middle of Shinjuku but we were close to so many restaurants. We never felt unsafe on the streets at night. Its less then 10

No expectation at all before my stay but surprised with the service, room, cleanliness, amenities, space, bed, etc....Definetly not a bad place for the price. Since the hotel is in central shijunki area at night it's little noisy but didn't bother me at all.

Hi Donna Not sure which airport you're coming in from or leaving from. We arrived at Narita Airport and got the Narita Express train from Narita to Shinjuku. It was great. Buy your tickets at a face-to-face ticket counter as the ticket machines are too confusing and you need to be in either the front end or back end of the train as it splits in two in Tokyo before going on to Shinjuku. You need to be in the right carriages. All pretty easy at the time. People are very helpful. We heard that the limo bus is fine too. It may have more luggage room than the train & dont know if it goes to Shinjuku. Taxis & transfer cars are very very expensive from Narita to Shinjuku. Taxi was going to be about 24,000 yen & transfer cars up to 44,000 yen. The train & limo bus are much the same price. The train was about 3,000 yen each.
