A nice hotel in shinjuku. The rooms are are OK in size, pretty big by Tokyo standards. Clean, and have what you need. Was able to check in early, which was nice. Hotel buffet was not too bad, pretty normal for this price range. All in all, for the price, location and standard it's a very good hotel in this...

Stayed in a standard single/double room and liked: -the extra space for the little couch and desk -good wifi -good location -decent water pressure -decent breakfast buffet The hotel is located close to JR Shinjuku station (15min walk) and surrounding subway stations. 5mins away are the relaxing garden of Shinjuku Gyoen. Nightlife is very lively as it is very close...

Overall of hotel is quite good, nice location, nice staff and nice room. The room is much better as my expectation. I am very satisfied with the room price. I believe I will stay again when I go to Japan next time.

Booked this hotel for 2 nights with friend. A bit far from the JR station especially when carrying big luggage with you. Hotel entrance is hard to find too as it is not on the ground floor. A bit overprice when compare with other hotels that is much closer as the location, service, bed, utilities, cleanliness and food is only...

This hotel exceeded my expectations, offering a clean and welcoming oasis off of a relatively bustling side street below. The reception are incredibly efficient and the property is in good condition. The room itself is totally adequate and more than comfortable. In line with Japanese hotel standards, the room is not particularly spacious however there is a small sofa and...

We rate this hotel as very good and worth the money. The location is perfect, naar Sinjuku station and in a lively quarter of Tokio. The room was OK and the backsite is quiet. We did not take a breakfast nut there plenty of breakfast possibilities nearby.

It's pretty nice location (tho beware of all those Nigerian people stalking around the place at night). The staff is friendly, rooms are cozy- but pretty small. Wifi connection is bad. Also much of the dissatisfaction is due to cleaners, who kept on banging at my door and screaming tho i was sleeping and the door was barred. Took them...

We stayed here for three nights and found it to be enjoyable overall. The hotel is in a good location, close to a JR line and from there it's easy to walk to the hotel. It's a little seedy late at night as it's in the red light district, but we didn't have any trouble. The room and bathroom were...

The location is unbeatable- between 2-3 metro and JR stations; just a stone throw away from shopping malls with street shopping ranging from electronic goods (BIC camera), to high end retail (Gucci and LV) to Uniqlo and Muji. There are also a lot of restaurants and watering holes around the vicinity. In terms of the hotel, it is quite in...

Easy check in and check out. Nice, clean room. Except for the lack of room service, everything you need is there. Loved the heated toilet seat and bathroom amenities. There's a Lawson in the building and a 7-11 next door. There's even a coin operated laundromat in the 7th floor. Located in Kabukicho but actually not in the busiest section....

Staying in Shinjuku

Neighbourhood Profile
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
