    Very Excellent location. Very comfortable hotel in everything. So clean room . The bath room is very big. Front reception is very nice and helpful in many things. No car parking but hotel is very near with a branch of Toyota Rent A Car.

    Pros: Fantastic location - easy walking distance to everything. Little super market in building handy. Very clean and comfortable, staff pleasant and check in/out quick. Buffet breakfast was extra cost and ok. Cons: Rooms very small but understand this is Japan

    hi, yes they spoke english. some staff were better than others as you would expect. we have not had too much trouble even though we cannot speak Japanese. i hope you enjoy your trip.

    Shinjuku station is easy to get to from Narita using the Narita Express that goes to Shinjuku.and as Peter L already answered it takes about 90minutes but no need for train changes in between. From the station it is about... More
