Quite a nice hotel, not the most modern or exclusive but you really get what you pay for here. It's clean and service is very good. Breakfast is loaded and very good with a view that is breathtakeing. Water filled up our bathroom floor the...More
The Excel hotel has the best view of Shibuya crossing. The view from reception and the elevators can't be beaten. Rooms are nice, clean, and with everything you need. I would definitely stay there again.
Stayed 2 nights Standard Quad sharing room with 4 single beds for my family of 2 adults with 2 teenagers. Room is very spacious with separate bathroom and toilet. Many power point as well. The down sides are that the room is quite dated, lights...More
Right in the middle of Shibuya crossing. Recommended if you plan to explore Tokyo the whole day. Lots of restaurants in the side. Izikayas and yakinikus in the side street. Another area is Shinjuku since all the major intersections are there
We got the limousine bus from Narita, it dropped us right at the lobby on the 5th floor. A great start.

There are countless opportunities to shop in the Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast, Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool.
At the Museum of Yebisu Beer you can learn about the beer that was responsible for the town’s name, and enjoy dining at the popular noodle shops in the surrounding area.
The Friendly Airport Limousine is the easiest, though not the cheapest. Buy a ticket at the airport, get in the bus and the bus goes directly to the hotel. A bit more adventurous is to take the Narita Express.

Official answer below from their FAQ section (not allowed to submit links). For a $5 registration fee, Comfort Members get late check out and 5-10% off. Depending on your length of stay, you may want to sign up. If you are calling, you should ask what the price is to see if it's worth the hassle of registering for membership. They may register you over the phone and hopefully waive the fee since you will be booking direct.
