We picked this hotel based on previous reviews and were not disappointed. Coming from Narita airport we took the Limousine bus service which stops at the hotel. Tickets for the bus are bought at counter after you collect bags. Go To Bus stand 6 directly outside airport doors. While waiting for the bus we went downstairs in the airport to...

I first stayed in this hotel about 15 years ago, mainly due to the very convenient location directly next to Shinjuku station. The hotel starts from the 20th floor of a tall building, and the rooms have fantastic views across the Tokyo skyline. I booked the room at very short notice, since my usual selections of hotels were not available....

The hotel is within minutes of walking distance from the JR Shinjuku Station South Exit and easily accessible from the Narita Airport on Narita Express. The hotel is located high from 22nd floor to 35th floor. The room has an excellent view of the Shinjuku Station and the Shinjuku Gyoen. Hotel room is spacious, quiet and comfortable with all the...

We stayed here for 5 nights whilst exploring Tokyo. Price was quite reasonable considering it was peak time we were travelling in so I feel we got good value for money. Room was clean and adequate for the two of us, enough room for our suitcases and to navigate around the room. It lacked in the amount of coat hangers...

Fantastic location close to everything, immaculate rooms, large rooms for the price (enormous rooms for Japan), large and comfortable beds, very quiet, lovely views across the city, efficient and professional staff, free wifi, small on-site shop. Only con is no coin laundry facility on-site.

We loved the location, room, service, bed, views bathroom & amazing shower Pillows were very soft, we requested firmer ones and they were like bean bags with ball bearings which were not good at all If you dont do heights well then this is not your hotel. Sawamura bakery near by does a fabulous breakfast.

From Narita Airport, we took the Airport Limousine bus which stopped in front of the hotel building in less than 2 hours. The hotel reception area is located at the 20th floor. Very efficient check-in process. Amenities in the hotel room are great given the Shiseido brand. Our hotel rooms (3 rooms in total for a family of 7) at...

A decent size hotel in shinjuku, we booked a standard twins which is a good size room for 2 adults and 1 kid. 5 mins walk to Shinjuku main station and the main shopping area. The hotel is not connected to any department store or station, will definitely need an umbrella if you want to go out on a rainy...

Didn't really know what to expect, and was VERY pleasantly surprised. Asked and got a park view high floor, with an amazing view. Hotel's location is second to none. Right next to Shinjuku station and walking distance from the throbbing center.

Staying in Shinjuku

Neighbourhood Profile
Shinjuku
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
