Recently stayed in the cerulean hotel on the first part of our japan trip. The room was nice size beautiful bathroom. Great location close to Shibuya subway station. Great gym and pool facility. Very pleasant and helpful staff, We shared a triple room. Three single beds . The biggest con of the hotel were the beds. The beds felt like...

The service in Japan is really above expectations. The information desk helped us book for all our reservations and all the places we want to go to. We were always greeted when we entered and exited, even getting out of the elevator. There is a bit of walk to Shibuya Station, but the place is really 5-star so if you...

Stayed here for two days at the start of our trip. Great room, great views, decent restaurants, utterly spoiled by the management thinking it's 2003 - to get wifi access for *each day* I had to go down to the lobby and get a separate slip of paper with a password on *for each device*. That's 5 slips for the...

First time in Japan and I was very happy with the Cerulean towers. Yes the view from my room is awesome. Panoramic view for sure. But what really stands out to me is the service! Most of the employees can speak enough English to enable me to communicate (I only know thank you in Japanese!). And they are spot on...

A great hotel on tokyo, certainly on the pricy side, but its worth it. The rooms are just great, i have stayed there now for several times, and every time i am amazed that every room looks different but has great comfort and luxury. The breakfast is great too, but continental and japanese is available. The staff is very attentive...

The Cerulean towers was a very clean, friendly hotel to stay at bot for business and shopping in the Shibuya district of Tokyo. There is lots to see within walking distance and they have a great breakfast selection.

Tis hotel ticks every box in my book: - Rooms: roomy, great finishings and brilliant views for one of the most expensive sqm in the world - Service: along the expectations of a high-end hotel in Central Tokyo. Impeccable... - Location: located in the heart of Shibuya, minutes walk for the neon-buzzing district and its train station, you will not...

As a 12 year old boy, the Cerulean Tower Hotel was an ultimate Tokyo hotel. I've been learning Japanese for 10 years and Shibuya is exactly what you think of when you think of Tokyo. High buildings, fluorescent lights and iconic sights are all 5 minutes from the door of the hotel. The hotel itself is 40 storeys high with...

We stayed here for 5 nights with our 6 year old son to visit Tokyo. The hotel is ideally located 5 minutes from Shibuya station with its several lines for an easy access to all tourist locations in Tokyo. There is a 7/11 with an ATM accepting foreign card so it's very convenient. The hotel itself is very fine. We...

My Partner and I stayed here for 2 nights in July 2013, as frequent travellers we found that the service and facilities in this hotel could be rated above other hotels in a similar price range worldwide. The Japanese have a unique manner of service and at every point we were greeted and attended to in a warm, friendly and...

Staying in Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu

Neighbourhood Profile
Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast, Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool. At the Museum of Yebisu Beer you can learn about the beer that was responsible for the town’s name, and enjoy dining at the popular noodle shops in the surrounding area.
