My stay was from December 30th, 2015 for four nights. The good: The washer/dryer is a godsend. All Tokyu Stay hotels had this in almost every room, so for those of you who run through clothes quickly, or just want less clothes in your bags, this is the best. The place was quite new, tastefully decorated, the staff can speak... More

Loved this extended stay business hotel. Excellent amenities in the room including a small kitchenette. My room enjoyed a great view of the Tokyo skyline. Super location with great restaurants, shopping and transportation. Ans importantly, good value for money. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was kinda small with 3 beds and a tv with a small kitchen and bathroom. We paid upwards of 50,000¥ for 2 nights. Honestly it wasn't worth the price. Will not stay again. But the free wifi was great and fast

Weekend visit cost upwards 500 dollars with very little accommodations. No spa, pool, or gym. 3 beds crammed in a room with a television. Kitchenette was nice and the washer dryer was slow but convenient. Balcony without a view as expected but the bathroom shower was large but tub was tiny. Not worth the money but conveniently located. There are... More

I stayed here for two nights after a five-night business stay in Roppongi. I had read reviews and looked at photos before booking, so I knew not to expect anything too fancy and that the bed would not be made. The room was basic and a bit dated in design, but everything was clean and in good working order. It... More

My 5 star rating is because we were upgraded to the 9th floor which was unexpected. My husband and I had 3 double beds, kitchen with full size stainless steel fridge, microwave, hot plate, large kitchen sink, lounge, desk, separate toilet, bath tub, shower, big balcony with double sliding doors. We could have stayed here for 2 weeks but we... More

This was the second time my wife and I stayed at this wonderful hotel which is really more like a service apartment. I honestly think that I would in future plan my Tokyo trips around the availability of Tokyu Stay Shibuya. The already noted advantages (in other reviews) are not to be taken for granted: the sheer size of the... More

we were in Tokyo last week and stayed 4 days (originally 2 but extended it). It is on a quite street close to the station, and if you follow the walking directions from Google map from the shuttle drop of point from the airport you will find it no problem. As for the hotel the room was clean and good... More

Loved this hotel! It's ideally located just a stones throw away from Shibuya station and Shibuya crossing. The staff are incredibly helpful and their English is impeccable! The rooms are surprisingly spacious for a Japanese hotel and very well equipped. I couldn't recommend this place more for a first time visiter to Tokyo! The only downside is that it's a... More

The room we got was superbly appointed -- it had a balcony, a kitchen with full ref, a laundry and nice bathroom. The toilet dispensary (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) were designer stuff and smelled soooo good. The room was very spacious -- just right for its price. The hotel is walking distance to the famous shibuya crossing. Shibuya itself is... More

Staying in Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu

Neighbourhood Profile
Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast, Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool. At the Museum of Yebisu Beer you can learn about the beer that was responsible for the town’s name, and enjoy dining at the popular noodle shops in the surrounding area.
