Neighbourhood
Shibuya, Harajuku, Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast, Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool. At the Museum of Yebisu Beer you can learn about the beer that was responsible for the town’s name, and enjoy dining at the popular noodle shops in the surrounding area.

Fantastic location. The hotel is not far away from the popular Shibuya crossing. There is a Familymart and a large supermarket close by, and lots of restaurants surrounding the hotel - you'll never be hungry. Plenty of stores for clothes, electronics, shoes, makeup. Staff were

The rooms were very clean and had up to date amenities. The room and bathroom were comfortable enough to accommodate me and my girlfriend, along with our three suitcases. There was adequete desk space for us to do some work from our laptops too! The staff was extremely helpful

We enjoyed 3 nights here at this hotel. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and you are always greeted with a smile, no matter what time of day or night. The 24 hour reception is a bonus. In particular Miyaki (Mr) was very helpful

We stayed here for only a night or two but it was comfortable enough. Clean and small but we only had carry ons so really didn't need much. The location is great for visiting Shibuya crossing and the area around it. When we visited, there was a little continental breakfast

We also sorry for your bad experience. The reason of bathroom walls made of glass is for that in order to let customers feel more spacious. We prepared the curtains for all rooms to use. We will continue to provide good service quality for customers. We are looking forward to welcoming you to our hotel again! Thank you so much!

Now that I think of it I don't seem to recall any cleaning service in the area and google is not helping either. I guess the best way to go is ask the hotel staff.

Sorry for the delayed response, but I see others have answered this accurately - thank you! Correctly, in Japan a single room means x 1 guest I believe. At Shibuya En there are rooms with twin beds (singles) and double beds, also slightly larger rooms with a double bed which I would recommend because the rooms are very small.

Yes, two elevators and apologies for slow response but I didn't notice the question.

"Pay that small price difference for the superior double, feels much roomier."
"Pick a higher floor to avoid the noise."
"The elevators are smaller, so I would try to stay on the lower floors if possible."
"Choose a higher floor to avoid the noise at the ground floor bar."
