As frequent travellers to Japan will know the room size can be an issue. I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past 12 months for business trips of up to 5 days at a time. The location is very positive - close to train network. Close to food and drink locations. Room size if not large but...

Stayed for 3 nights in a double room. The room was too small for two people with no where to store or open up our suitcases. Would recommend a larger room if booking here. Location wise it was very convenient access to the subway, could walk to Roppongi as well. Area it's too busy and it was a nice area....

I have just checked in to the hotel. Bad customer service. My husband and I reserved the room on travelocity, they said I reserved the room for only one person, added another $30 per room per night. The hotel has 2 buildings, the front desk lady did not even let me know that my room was at the next building...

Perfect location, very close to the metro, 24/24hrs supermarkets and plenty of restaurants and bars. Rooms and beds are quite small, but neat and perfectly cleaned. Pillows were kind of weird - we had two: one was so soft it seemed like you did not have a pillow at all, while the second one felt rough, like it had wood...

This hotel is conveniently located right next to the Akasaka station in the Chiyoda line. Easy transfers to all the major areas such as Shinjuku, Omotesando and Shibuya. Bonus for being close to a branch of the popular Midori sushi restaurant. There is a Precious Moment cafe in the lobby whilst Douter Coffee is right opposite. Some of the rooms...

We had booked this hotel for a short trip in Tokyo and reviews mentioned how convenient the location is. It was indeed convenient with the train entrance almost a stone's throw away from the hotel. Very accessible to amenities and even to the usual main areas to visit!

We stayed here overnight during a quick visit to Tokyo. The nearest transit station in just across the street, though the lines are mainly commuter focused, so tourist sites will likely require a transfer or two. The rooms were about average size, but with nice amenities. The best feature of the location is the shear number of great dinner options...

We stayed here for three nights over New Year. In the hustle and bustle of Tokyo, this hotel is a peacefully located on a quiet street, about 50m from Akasaka metro station. We stayed in a Grand Deluxe Double room, which was on the top floor. The room was large by Japanese standards (which is quite small by Western standards,...

The hotel and adjacent Coffee Shop street entrance was instantly appealing with bright, colourful flower beds; in the foyer staff welcoming, alert and smiling. During our three day stay, heads went up from whatever they were doing to offer a smile and greeting, staff to whom we spoke were comfortable speaking English. Our small, double Non smoking room was comfortable...

Pleasantly surprised how close to the subway this hotel is located. We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Suntory Hall as I was here with the choir for performance. As a tourist, I would probably want to be nearer to all the action, i.e. staying around the usual Shinjuku, Shibuya area. But if you've been to Tokyo...
