We stayed there for a week and find it ver convenient. The subway is really close ( 5 minutes walk) and there're a lot of restaurants around. In front of the Imperial Garden, we had a very nice view from our room. Very clean and nice employees.

This hotel is a bit out of the way from the most in-demand areas of Tokyo, so it was a bit cheaper which factored into our decision to stay here. We didn't mind it, but nothing really stood out for us to have us return. I think it's fair to say that this is a bit of a "what you...

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. If you give us a chance to earn back your...

I stayed in about 30-40 different hotels in Japan and if you had a chance to visit Japan, you will also agree with me in that Japanese hotels and hospitality business do know how to treat their customers properly. I’ve never had unsatisfactory experience with any hotels in Japan….UNTIL TODAY. After 12 hr flight from LAX to Haneda, the flight...

Thank you for your feedback and we would like to express my deep regrets for inconvenience and apologize for our actions. We always pay full attention to the guests. But sometimes we could not find it. We will investigate our service and re-plan the system. We are looking forward to have a reservation from you again. While I wish you...

Monterey Akasaka often has attractive discounted prices aimed at overseas travelers and it’s a pleasant hotel with a nicer atmosphere than the average business hotel. Akasaka Mitsuke is a good area for restaurants, though you’ll have to depend on them since there are no department stores or supermarkets, only convenience stores. The hotel is a bit of an uphill walk...

Second stay for us in 12 months. Double bed reasonably comfortable but the quilt is too warm even in 2 degree night. We ask for a blanket instead and leave the window half open. Amenities good and breakfast included in our stay. 5 minutes walk to metro and plenty of dining choice near station. WiFi included. Reception and dining room...

The hotel Akasaka is situated about about a ten minute walk from Akasaka Mitsuke subway station. There are hundreds of hotels to choose from in Tokyo, but I zoomed into a certain area I wanted, that was close to temples, inexpensive restaurants, bars, close to Ginza, breakfast available, good reputation etc. The Hotel Monterey Akasaka is a sister hotel to easily...

My family stayed here for four nights over new year. So close to the train stations and very easy to find. The room was big enough for two people and we booked two rooms. Nice hotel, relatively affordable with access to great night out to good restos & bars. Its around 600m walk from the hotel but the weather & Japanese efficiency makes it very enjoyable, will be back. Thank you.

During our trip to Japan, we stayed in Tokyo twice - at this hotel and at the Hotel Monterey Hanzomon. There was nothing wring with this hotel but the Hanzomon had the better breakfast and location. Hanzomon was more central, had multiple convenience stores around and was right on the metro (for this one it's a 500m walk). The Akasaka...
