Service was incredibly unenthusiastic, and after travelling in Japan for 2 weeks it was a noticeable the difference in service. Room was ok. We were dissapointed by the spa hours and the fact it wasn't included. Front desk wasn't so helpful and didn't try selling us much. It was just kind of boring.

Nice hotel, fantastic view of bay and Tokyo city. The starff was perfect and so close as usual in Japan. The rooms are small but enough to stay in a comfortable way. The breakfast has alternative of Western style. Location was good and easy to reach. and not so far away from the city center by taxi.

We stayed in the typical ryokan with futons and tatami in this hotel and only for once night and we were very satisfied with the room size, cleanliness, facilities and our view which we asked for, the price was 15.000 YEN without breakfast. Location of this hotel is definitely off the main area and points of interest, but since Tokyo...

Originally made the mistake of booking a city view room via our airline. The room was so small with barely enough room for one let alone two with luggage and there was not even a wardrobe. Went straight back to reception and the lovely and extremely polite staff re-located us to a beautiful large room, higher up overlooking the bay,...

checked in for the normal room but with the Tokyo Bay view. It was pretty view in daytime, but at night it was quite more interesting! (you will see several ship from you room's window) The hotel is only 3-5 mins. from train station (Yurikamome Line) But few times i thought that the lobby and hotel entrance (in case of...

I booked this hotel because it was by the bay, and the price was so cheap compared to the other places nearby. I picked a sea-side facing room to get a better view. I do not regret this. It was a fantastic view. Now, I didn't realize this hotel was sort of upscale. We were wandering around in t-shirts and...

This is a very convenient hotel located at Takeshiba Pier. Rooms at the lower floors are too small, but others at higher floors are spacious and very comfortable. Two minutes walk from Takeshiba monorail and ten from Daimon subway station. Ask for room with view to the bay.

I just checked out 3 days ago and stayed here for 2 nights. Here are my comments: Location: Good. Close to JR/Monorail, Toei and Yurikamome Line. You can take Monorail or Keikyu Line from Haneda airport (about 15-18min ride direct). Cost about 470 yen one way. Get off at the Hamamatsucho (JR) Station or Diamon (Toei) Station. From JR station...

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Tokyo. This location is great with access to most transportation needed, including the JR, Metro, monorail, and Tokyo Waterfront stops all within walking distance. Tokyo Waterfront station is just a couple of minutes walk and it goes to Odaiba in one direction and Shinodome/Shimbashi/Ginza a couple of stops the other. Great views...

Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighbourhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
