The Tokyo Prince in Minato has surprisingly big rooms, compared to other hotels in Tokyo. My nightly rate was 11,000 Yen/night. Though the hotel was kinda old--as in 70's old--it was clean. Plus they've got Zojoji Temple nearby.

Great place to stay! We stayed in a corner club room. Excellent restaurants, bar and coffeshop! Excellent spa! And near almost everything! (Within 15-20 mins of most places!) The hotel lobby shop is also excellent and at non-hotel prices! Overall a great experience!

I am a veteran traveler who goes to Japan 10 times a year, and stays at numerous hotels. I grew up in Japan and North America so I understand both culture. I stayed here for the first time a few weeks ago, and you should be aware that I do NOT agree with most reviewers for the following reasons: 1)...

Enjoyed this hotel very much due to large room, great views, fine service and reasonable rates. Joining hotel club online was worthwhile for specials including promotional rates and included buffet breakfasts. I believe rooms above 20th floor are premium and worth the upgrade. Buffet breakast on top floor was very good. Top floor bar nice for a drink but rather...

We stayed at the Prince Park Tower Tokyo for 3 nights. We had a superior comfort king room which had an amazing view of the Tokyo Tower and a buddhist temple. The king size bed was larger than a regular king size bed. The bathroom was a nice size as well. The staff were very polite and helpful. Our rate...

This hotel has several nice features including gorgeous views, worthwhile premium level rooms and lounge that include full useage of the spa and fitness facility. The fitness and spa facility are a long walk from the rooms but the real hot-spring water in the onsen bath and fitness facility with true dance studio and heavy weights are adequate for even...

A calming oasis in a famously hectic city, this hotel was a great place to return to at the end of a long day. The Tokyo tower facing rooms also overlook the nearby Buddhist temple which is worth a visit. The fastest way to get there and least expensive is to take the sky access train from narita to Daimon...

I spent three weeks in this excellent hotel and would recommend to anyone. As other reviews have mentioned the outside of the hotel is rather disappointing, but this soon disappears once you step inside the hotel. I stayed in the cheapest room - the park twin - but was still excellent. The room was clean and fairly spacious with a...

The Prince Park Tower is a lovely, 4 star hotel. We had a triple room - not so easy to come by in Tokyo -- that was spacious and graceful. The bathroom was excellent with fine toiletries, separate shower, jacuzzi tub and, naturally, a separate, wonderfully equipped toilet. Yes, the lounge is on the expensive side, but lovely and tranquil...

From our premium type room on the 29th flloor we enjoyed a great view of the Tokyo tower. The location of our hotel is ideal, Hamamatsucho station on the JR loop line is only 10 minutes by (complementary) hotel shuttle twice an hour. Hamamatsucho station is just a few stations to Shinagawa or to Tokyo central station. Furthermore, two TOEI...

Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighbourhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
