I love everything about this place, and have stayed here six or so times: wonderful staff, aesthetic, breakfast, and gym. Everything is very professional ( wearing cute uniforms) and English not an issue. Rooms very quiet with double panned glass. Concierge service is also very helpful. A wonderfu place and I'm glad it is open during remodel. Only suggestion/ request...

I stay here every time I visit Tokyo! It is a great place and the service is exceptional. There are great places to eat close by and a Starbucks really close. The rooms are nice and the street is pretty quite considering the city.

You will love this hotel as it will make you feel like a hotel with its aesthetics and interiors as of a Japan's culture. The rooms too will make you feel the same. The service is great and the tree in the reception Lobby is awesome.

The Okura is known for being a fantastic hotel and this is more than true. It feels more intimate than the Imperial Hotel, while being in the same league. The service is outstanding. The rooms are big and comfortable. The lobby is beautiful and refined. Hard to beat such a classic. At the moment, the hotel is undergoing a massive...

This famous hotel in Ropponghi was a beautiful experience. Traditional, super customer friendly, and with a great breakfast and nicely decorated rooms, it provided a wonderful stay. The hotel offers a bus to the airport which is much more economical than the astronomically expensive taxi to Narita - keep it in mind.

I choose this hotel because of Steve Jobs' choice.... Definitely he had a real fantastic taste. The lobby is stunning, pure, unreal of beauty. Location is great, the quarter is pleasant to walk to discover. Everyone in the hotel is helpful and kind. Nice minimalist design, incredible excellent service

I've stayed here on business a few times. This is a traditional hotel in Tokyo that compares with the Imperial. The service is outstanding. It is located close to the US embassy. I recommend this landmark hotel. Note that one of the hotel building is being reconstructed, which has sparked controversy, since the architecture of the old hotel had become...

You can't get any better when it comes to service at Hotel Okura, even in Japan. That is why it is the go to place for dignitaries. Staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel shows it's age but that's the charm. Roomy accommodation, very clean, and comes with every toiletries you can think of. The hotel restaurant serves amazing...

Great service, good command of English for all staff, nice room condition, classic elegant lobby, the only downside is the breakfast is lack of variety and charged premium. 服務很好,服務人員的英文都不錯,房間大且舒適,大廳很日式典雅,唯一不好的是早餐以價位來說, 菜色選擇太少,雖然品質不錯

A very classy hotel, extremelly spacy rooms (difficult to find in Tokyo), extremelly clean, organised and guest friendly. The only think that could be better is the selection of European breakfast, and a light renovation to lobby in order to lighten up the place.

Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighbourhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
