Overall this qualifies as a good, recommendable business hotel that does the job, delivers good sleep, hot showers, reasonable food (although at a price) - and fitness facilities are OK for the frequent traveller who needs to stay in shape - overall recommended without any reservations.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 10 April 2017

The ANA Intercontintental Hotel was a surprising confluence of huge hotel and extraordinary personal service. From the moment of our booking, the hotel's communications were terrific. An e-mail to the concierge resulted in a seamless airport transfer to the hotel. Stops at at the well staffed concierge desk inquiring about local restaurants, resulted in detailed handouts of a broad variety...

If you don't have neck problems already you will after staying at either Intercontinental hotel in Tokyo. The pillows are either rock, and I mean literally filled with small rocks, or 3 feather disappear when you touch them pillows. Bring your own pillow or better yet, stay somewhere else.

We spent one night at the ANA Intercontinental Tokyo before returning home. This was our third hotel in Japan and the one with the most dated room and bathroom. I was impressed by the helpfulness of the hotel staff and it was in a convenient location.

Spent 3 nights here; it's in a good location. You can take the airport limousine bus here. The subway station is only a short walk away. There's lots of good dining in the Roppongi area. Concierge staff are very helpful and will give good recommendations, make reservations for you and advise how to get to the place. It's the second...

Quite a standard room, but the thoughtfulness of HSKP makes a difference. The hotel does not provide complimentary water, but HSKP boils water for me each day when they service my room. Room was serviced well and yukata always placed on my bed for use. LOVED TH PILLOWS!!! Although the rooms are a little dated, but you can see there...

We have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world and this hotel actually had my room prepared with the feather pillows and duvets replaced ahead of time. I was amazed! The room was clean and the staff helpful. The location is good. We were there with a tour group and they were very well organized. Karen

Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighbourhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
