Great location in Ginza. Right where the shopping streets start and lots of restaurants and bars around. Hotel is a little old but it is nice. Cleaning could be a little better, but it was not bad. Staff was friendly. Rooms are small.

Took some time to find as airport limosine bus does not stop at this hotel. Closest hotel is at Mitsui Garden. Food and shopping around the area is very convenient. Room is standard size ie small. If for family of 4 would be challenging. Else it is a great hotel to stay at.

Going down the ground floor would require you almost 30 min so allot a time for this. For supposedly a 4 star hotel!?! such a small elevators then reception people lacks English language training. Quiet snobbish too!!! Rooms are small and cleaning people practically knocks on your door so its quite disturbing whenyour working. Place is near Shimbashi station do...

The nearest subway station is Shinbashi, but you can just walk to Ginza around 10 - 15 minutes. The room is tiny, hardly moveable if you have more than 2 big luggages. But it just a perfect room is you just need it for good night rest. Surrounding the hotel is quite a lively neighborhood, including a famous Spider Crab...

The room is very small, but we don't really care much about the size of the room. It is walking distance to the JR train station, walking distance to the fish market. The restaurants under the train tracks are good.

In the heart of Tokyo, close to shopping district and resaturants, bars, clubs, attractions, and train station. English speaking staff at reception. Good open buffet breakfast. Clean rooms but small, this is usual in Japan anyway.

We booked this hotel late, so was a bit less central than we wanted in Ginza. We chose Ginza because of the proximity to the main Tokyo rail station. The hotel was on the bottom end of the Ginza grid, but it turned out to be pretty convenient. Just steps away from a metro station, 2 short blocks from the...

OK, in Japan, I am used to small rooms. This also had a small room.but paying 200 usd per night and staying at such a smelly hotel is not acceptable. Definetly you can find another one with better standards

Location handy to subway and station. Great breakfast, comfy rooms and bathrooms, good wifi access. Good eats and conbinis nearby. Short walk to good general shopping. Staff were very friendly. Be sure to get breakfast vouchers the day before going to breakfast or you pay more.

The room and bathroom were clean, the staff was welcoming and the location was convenient. Very centric and with the metro just a few steps away. The room was quite small, but to be honest that seems to be the trend in Tokyo. The rooms and bathrooms always seem more compact but it's fine. It is what it is. Overall...
