Old hotel, small and old room, not enough bath supplies, not even towels.
They overcharge everything, even the swimming pool!
Restaurants are overpriced as well.
Very poor service, will never come back again

Very nice hotel with great service. Clean rooms, comfy rooms. Locations is also very good. Right next to Tokyo City Air terminals. Walking distance to the Ginza district. Close to emperial palace. Definitely recommend.

Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's also a downtown area with shops that were founded over a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza. It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels, world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular
2pm is guaranteed. I got my room at noon, a colleague already at 1100am. If you've got to wait a bit and want to beat the jetlag, walk to Kiyosumi Garden: A beautiful Japanese gardens, about 1.5km away.

Yes, it takes @10-12 min and @1,050 yen from JR Tokyo Station to the Royal Park Hotel by a Taxi. BTW, the hotel is built above the Suitengu station of Metro Hibiya Line, so it's convenient to take the subway for sightseeing.
