Just came back from a business trip to Japan. I booked this hotel mostly for its location but did not have high expectations, particularly it being a Courtyard (as opposed to a Marriott or a JW). How fool I was. The location of this hotel is unbeatable, close to two main subway lined and walking distance to Ginza stores and... More

Spent 3 nights with my family prior to taking cruise from Yokohama. Breakfast buffet included with room rate was average nothing special but OK. Upon check in was given free drink coupon good in hotel lounge for one glass wine, beer, coffee or tea. There's Lawson convenience store next door. Hotel within easy walking to Tsukiji fish market, Ginza shopping... More

Pros: - great location. Easy walk from the subway station - walking distance to lots of shopping, Uniqlo, GU, Donki, department stores, Tsukiji Fish Market - spacious room (for Tokyo standards!) - you can take the bus to the airport right outside the hotel Hotel made a boo-boo with my luggage. We checked out early and went shopping. When I... More

I generally have a hard time reviewing an hotel, because personal expectations makes up so much of how each person finds a hotel. Here is my perspective. I'm Premier Elite Marriott awards member, based in North America, but I have traveled extensively in Asia. I have stayed at some of the really great hotels in the Marriott chain, and this... More

Simple and effective, and in a good location - but which hotel in Tokyo isn’t? (Such a great city to get around, and so many interesting places to see!) This hotel has picked up its game a little in the last few years; especially the breakfast seems to have improved. There is no executive lounge, which is a bit of... More

My family of 5 (3 young boys) stayed 5 nights. We had connecting rooms with extra bed in one of the rooms. The rooms are a bit small but this is normal in Tokyo. The bathroom does not look very new but everything was in perfect state and very clean. Limited international TV channels. The beds are really, really comfortable,... More

We used our marriott vacation club points to stay here. Expensive compared to other marriott hotels but that is probably because it is situated in one of the most expensive districts of Tokyo! The location is awesome, centrally placed, closer to the train station and restaurants nearby. It was easy to travel around using the metro which is an essential... More

We stayed as a family of 4 for 2 nights. Hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Tsukiji Fish Market and surrounding shopping (ideal if you want to attend early morning tuna auction) and close to Ginza shopping streets (closed to traffic on weekends). Many restaurants nearby catering to a range of budgets. One stop on Ginza/Maranouchi... More

The Courtyard in Ginza in conveniently located, easy to access and offers good amenities for a business traveler. I have also found the concierge, Marina Ahmad, to be extremely helpful in suggesting and arranging several different events for me over the past months.
