Stuffy small room, obviously smoking room although we asked for non-smoking, luckily we stayed only one night. Very close to Tokyo station so that wax the only reason we stayed and relatively cheap for downtown Tokyo standards. Not recommended for longer term stays.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It is very clean, reasonably priced and a few blocks for Tokyo Station. The only negative comment that I have is about their late check-out policy. Check out time is at 10:00am and my ride to the airport was supposed to pick me up at 1:15pm. I asked if I could get...

Considering how expensive some of the hotels are around here, this is relatively cheap The room is relatively small, but not unusual in Japan. The staff speak good English. The wifi is good but the TV has no English channels. Everything was very clean, and the room was made up daily. TIP: Get a good map printed before you arrive....

Hotel with great location, Metro A1 Exit is at door step and walkable distance to JR Tokyo. Lots of shops, mall and restaurants around this area. Small room but acceptable in Tokyo location, booked Non-smoking room and it's really Non-smoking not just smoking with deodorant spraying like some other hotels. Staff is helpful with adequate English.

We stayed here for one night as we were arriving into Tokyo station in the evening and leaving from there early the next morning. It was extremely convenient for this purpose. Once we finally got out of the station it was just a 5 minute walk. It was clean and comfortable and thought the room was small it had everything...

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. If you take the Yaesu North Exit, it is only about 5-10 minutes walk from the Tokyo Station. However finding the hotel first day was not that easy. The room given to us was small but it was expected. We arrived at about 10 am and the staff agreed to store our luggage...

The location of this hotel is excellent, 5 min. walking distance to Tokyo Station, next door to a subway station, and close to the Palace and its gardens. The rooms are rather small but clean. The domain of the English language by the hotel's staff is basic.

I only stayed in this hotel for one night after my flight arrived late and the trains stopped. The room was clean, but extremely small. The bed was as stiff as sleeping on a hard floor. The A/C unit was dated. The hotel itself is not the easiest to find since the main entrance is down an alleyway. The staff...

After a few hotels in Tokyo that were also considered 3 stars this one was way below expections. 1. they nickel and dime you for everything: all other hotels offer water and umbrellas (it rains a lot) and some lovely free face wash as a welcome gift. This hotel charges for everything. 7 dollars for an umbrella (usually 5); 1...

The location of the hotel is excellent. About 5 minutes walk from Tokyo Station using the Yaesu North Exit. Route is pedestrian friendly walking with a suitcase. Hotel entrance is set back a little off the street behind a fondue restaurant. Very easy to locate from the station using Google Map directions. Close to restaurants and within easy walking distance...
