The hotel is the top few floors of the office block. I think reception is floor 27 and the rooms are above that. This means that whatever room you are in you should have a fantastic view. We looked directly down on the station from floor 31 and could watch the Shinkansens coming and going. I got the room at... More

We wanted to stay at the iconic Tokyo Station for our final two nights in Tokyo but it was fully booked and their site recommended the Metropolitan Marunouchi. The hotel is very well located and if you follow the directions provided in their website you should have no trouble but tokyo station is a bit of a labyrinth. Echoing the... More

Service was really good, got a few packages delivered here and they brought them up to my room. Feels like a premium hotel with a nice lobby. Location is really close to JR Tokyo station Clean rooms, a bit on the small side but has great city views. Bathroom got a bit foggy without a fan but that's a minor... More

While the room was small, it was nicely decorated and the space was efficiently used. The location proximate to the train station was very convenient. The staff was friendly and made every attempt to help. However, we had two major complaints: 1. Because the buffet breakfast was not included in the room, we opted not to pay $23 for breakfast.... This hotel does the key things very well. The shower is great and the wifi is fast. The room is as you'd expect for Tokyo - small. However, the bed is very comfortable and the air conditioning works well. Essential for Tokyo in the summer. I only had breakfast but again very Japanese but still a selection of Western goodies.... Stayed here for two nights after arriving on an flight from London. We arrived at the hotel at 6 am and were pleasantly surprised to be offered the use of a small meeting room to freshen up and change our clothes, before we started to explore for the day. As a family with two teenagers we had two rooms booked... More

The four of us (couple with two older teenage children) arrived here at 6 am after a flight from the UK. The hotel is located next to, the massive and sprawling, Tokyo train station. No problem finding it, but it was quite a hike - maybe 15 min - from the platform to the lobby. We had no expectation of... More
