This is my second time here at this hotel. The location is perfect, though one might get lost if they don't know the layout of Tokyo station. Once you know the place, it's pretty easy to travel around Tokyo or catch a shinkansen to go elsewhere. The room is clean, modern, pretty big compared with Tokyo standards and has great... More

Conveniently located next to Tokyo station but can be quite confusing for first timers. This is not one of the hotels that the coach from Narita airport drops you off at the doorstep, You have to alight opposite Tokyo station and even if you come by train you will still have to run the Tokyo station maze to find the... Good rates/clean rooms/great location: Only one small complaint-very few television channels are offered. Still, I highly recommend the hotel. Additionally, Tokyo Station is literally steps away affording travel ease.

I booked a room from internet and based on the professional pictures I saw. When I arrived , I got disappointed completely . The room was far too small . There was no wardrobe ! I had to keep my bags next to my bed . The queen bed was not queen by European standards. Few older furnitures in the... More

We flew into Narita and after such a long flight decided it was easier to stay in Tokyo near the train station since our true destination was Kyoto. This hotel is very convenient to the Shinkasen line (bullet train), so we chose to stay here. We were not disappointed. the hotel was clean, modern and comfortable and just across from... More

We stayed for 4 nights. Location is optimal on the Nihombashi side of Tokyo Station. Plenty of dining options around. For two people, we had a queen size bed (which didn't even feel like a queen size) and asked for an upgrade that we would happily pay for which front desk said was not available. The lobby and hallways are... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was perfect. The room is decent; comfortable beds, big screen TV, great view and good amenities. The size if the room is considered big by Tokyo standard (we stayed at Mercure Ginza before and it did not fit much in whereas you can fit in 2 big suitcases easily here). It is... More

Right next to the Tokyo station which is the hub of everything. While room is small, it has big wide window with splendid view of the city day and night. Service is professional and 5-star standard. Overall I'm satisfied with my stay and will certainly come back if I travel to Tokyo again. Remark: Be aware that there are 2... More

Very comfortable, great views, very helpful staff, allowed me to check out late at no extra charge... thank you! Quite hard to find in the maze of Tokyo Station until you get a feel for the place... then it's really easy and very convenient. Happy to use again.

Stayed at the Marunouchi and the Tokyo Station was just adjacent to it which was sweet. Shopping was also close by which made it easy for me to get the pastries that my wife wanted very easy given my tight schedule in Tokyo. We arrived around 11AM after a 6 hour plane ride and we still had to wait till... More
