I stayed in Metropolitan Marunouchi for one night just before leaving Japan. Even though I had a hard time navigating through Tokyo station to get to the hotel, I still think that staying there was a great decision. Firstly the hotel was very close to many shops including Daimaru department store and Tokyu Hands, so it was very convenient to... More

This hotel is very surprising for westerners... the reception is on floor 27th and while you check in, you have an incredible view behind the receptionist. You then get a room which is above floor 27th and the view from your room is even more stunning. If you are lucky enough to have a corner room then your view is... More

So the rooms are small (as is the case in Japan) but well appointed and great toiletries. The view is good (the lowest floor is 27th). The gym is small but adequate - great massage chair! Only advice - avoid the breakfast - absolute waste of money.

I stayed here one night after checking out of the shangri La. Whilst it is just a stone throw it is worlds apart in terms of room size and facilities. The price is a lot lower too of course. People were courteous at check in but English is minimal and people have a really tough time understanding very basic English,... More

This hotel is located on the upper floors of an office tower adjacent to Tokyo station. The staff was most welcoming and helpful in every way. The views from the restaurant and bar were outstanding and the rooms larger than average for Tokyo and very well-kept and equipped. Very adequate bathroom amenities and facility was very comfortable and functional. The... More

The entire hotel,is in the upper section of a skyscraper. So you do not hear the streets or anything else. Even the breakfast restaurant has stunning views over Tokyo. The breakfast is also very good with both western and eastern dishes

Great location and very nice hotel. Used a lot by people here on business. Rooms are very soundproof and hotel is very quiet. The lobby of the hotel is on the 27th floor of the Sapia Tower that is part of the Marunouchi Trust Bldgs. A king bed room is not large but adequate for two adults. Bathroom is good... More

If you are staying in Tokyo for a short time and need to take the train, this is a great place to stay. The hotel is by the station, not too expensive and modern clean rooms with a city view. No breakfast and no amenities

It was our first trip to Japan, and this was our first hotel of several over two weeks. The location was great, we sprung for a corner room and the views of the trains and Tokyo were wonderful. It was small, but we didn't spend much time in the room but to sleep. The hallways are a little dark but... More

The hotel is very well situated for the area to the north of Tokyo station. It is situated on the 27th to 34th floors and so there are great views all around. Service was good and my room was quiet and clean but pretty small. Breakfast was disappointing. I would have expected a wider selection of cereals, fruit, bread, pastries... More
