We booked this hotel at a very good discounted rate. Very grand and traditional hotel. The room was very spacious comparing to other ordinary hotels. The neighbourhood of the hotel was kind of quiet in the evening.

Hotel room and property are beyond excellent. My most impression is the hotel restaurants, especially the Parkside Diner, fast service and menu selection is enough and quality, including old Imperial bar. Hotel Concierge is always a great help planning my day trip and happy to answer every question.

This hotel is located in the nicest location in Tokyo facing the Imperial Park. It is the most respected and loved hotel of the Japanese because it sets a standard of service and...

I stayed for five nights at the Imperial and every day was an evolving journey. At check in they were super efficient, amazingly friendly and accommodating. Helpful in how the hotel worked and the facilities that were available to a guest. As someone who travels almost constantly, there are two primary measures that distinguish a hotel. The quality of their...

We have stayed at several different hotels in Tokyo over many years, but prefer the Imperial. The location, service, price, and overall quality and convenience are hard to beat! From the laundry service to the bell desk, service at the Imperial shows old-fashioned care and superb quality. While there are newer, more fashionable hotels in Tokyo, the total experience at...

Staffs are friendly and very polite. A well maintained Japanese hotel. Very clean room. Great atmosphere inside the room. Good relaxing time after a whole day walk around night (street foods) and day time walk around the shopping areas. Walking distance around amenities. 😊
